Special Junmai sake with 60% polished rice ratio I bought the jacket because of the impressive cartoonish, retro Showa-era "Oniotome" illustrations. The illustration was done by Minako Sonobe. It is made with "Homare-Fuji" sake rice developed in Shizuoka Prefecture. It has a calm aroma and an elegant, gentle taste with a well-balanced flavor, and it tastes great on the finish!

Shikoku x Sake Country 2025 Sake Brewery Wonderland On Osaka⑤. The booth of "Kaze no Sato" in Ehime. After suffering tremendous damage from the torrential rains in western Japan in 2018, the brewery decided to revive itself with the support of local people, fellow members of the sake brewers association, and volunteers. The brewery has recovered through crowdfunding and other means, and this one is also not to be found in the Kansai region. Junmai ◉ Junmai The aroma is a bit peculiar. It may be an off-flavor.
