The mouthfeel is quite refreshing, and the bitterness precedes the taste. The bitterness and the ginjo taste precede it, so I guess it's not my favorite type...
An immediate bitterness after the refreshment, but it doesn't leave a bad aftertaste. I'd say it's refreshing, but I think it leaves a bit of bitterness...
It has a sweet taste, followed by a slight bitterness, and ends with an overall sweet taste. I don't dislike it... but if you ask me if it goes well with sashimi or something, I'm not so sure...
The mouthfeel is well-balanced with soft acidity and sweetness, with a good amount of ginjo flavor... It cuts right through... It is a little different from other sake... It is hard to describe... It is a sake that emphasizes balance. (It's hard to describe...it's a well-balanced sake.)
The mouthfeel is full of the ginjo flavor, but the bitterness in the aftertaste is a bit strong and cancels out the ginjo flavor, so it's not that I hate it so much, but... it's not my favorite...
I bought it on the way home from the Kochi Yosakoi festival! It is a very typical Kochi sake, refreshing and crisp, and it was delicious with the bonito tataki and gone in no time (laugh).
Sunshine yellow. My favorite, Yamamoto-san. Overall, the image is monotonous and refreshing. Delicious but a bit lacking. The more you drink, the more alcohol you feel. I wonder if the image of refreshing and clear is right...
Full of fizziness, as is typical of nama-shu. It tingles on the tongue. It has almost no sweetness, but the acidity and bitterness are moderate, making it a delicious sake that goes down easy.
The mouthfeel goes in smoothly but with a gentle ginjo feel. It is still easy to drink because it has a simple taste and the aftertaste is very smooth, but I personally find it a little.......
The mouthfeel is clean, with a straightforward ginjo feel, but it doesn't end in a whimper, so it's easy to drink. It is easy to drink, but maybe a little bitter?
The mouthfeel is highly carbonated! If I were to describe the strength of the carbonation alone, it would be the carbonation of the first sip of a freshly opened Coke in your mouth (lol)!
The mouthfeel is refreshing, with a good balance of acidity and sweetness on the palate. It has a slight ginjo taste, but I don't think it bothers me that much.
The moment I opened the cork around the lid, the lid flew off! I drank it thinking it was very fizzy, but I didn't feel much of a fizzy sensation... (Laughs) I don't know why it was so fizzy that the cork flew off... The taste is a refreshing, bitter grapefruit or citrus taste... Light! Refreshing! Light! It was not like that... it was a refreshing yet robust sake. I don't dislike it at all! Very tasty sake!
Knight of the White Horse (Adventure). It starts with a fresh acidity, a slight fizziness, and a good balance of bitterness and sweetness, making it very easy to drink!
