The mouthfeel is full of the ginjo flavor, but the bitterness in the aftertaste is a bit strong and cancels out the ginjo flavor, so it's not that I hate it so much, but... it's not my favorite...
I bought it on the way home from the Kochi Yosakoi festival! It is a very typical Kochi sake, refreshing and crisp, and it was delicious with the bonito tataki and gone in no time (laugh).
Sunshine yellow. My favorite, Yamamoto-san. Overall, the image is monotonous and refreshing. Delicious but a bit lacking. The more you drink, the more alcohol you feel. I wonder if the image of refreshing and clear is right...
Full of fizziness, as is typical of nama-shu. It tingles on the tongue. It has almost no sweetness, but the acidity and bitterness are moderate, making it a delicious sake that goes down easy.
The mouthfeel goes in smoothly but with a gentle ginjo feel. It is still easy to drink because it has a simple taste and the aftertaste is very smooth, but I personally find it a little.......
The mouthfeel is clean, with a straightforward ginjo feel, but it doesn't end in a whimper, so it's easy to drink. It is easy to drink, but maybe a little bitter?
The mouthfeel is highly carbonated! If I were to describe the strength of the carbonation alone, it would be the carbonation of the first sip of a freshly opened Coke in your mouth (lol)!
The mouthfeel is refreshing, with a good balance of acidity and sweetness on the palate. It has a slight ginjo taste, but I don't think it bothers me that much.
The moment I opened the cork around the lid, the lid flew off! I drank it thinking it was very fizzy, but I didn't feel much of a fizzy sensation... (Laughs) I don't know why it was so fizzy that the cork flew off... The taste is a refreshing, bitter grapefruit or citrus taste... Light! Refreshing! Light! It was not like that... it was a refreshing yet robust sake. I don't dislike it at all! Very tasty sake!
Knight of the White Horse (Adventure). It starts with a fresh acidity, a slight fizziness, and a good balance of bitterness and sweetness, making it very easy to drink!
The mouthfeel is very easy to drink, with a gentle sweetness and a gentle acidity, and the alcohol is not at all strong. The lingering aftertaste is also firm and gentle. A gentle sweet sake.
It starts with sharp acidity, pineapple and other tropical tastes, then citrus acidity and some sweetness, not sharp, but refreshing and with a good finish. This is a sake that should be consumed before it gets too warm. It should be drunk cold!
Thanks for your comments, Jay & Nobby! I like to drink it chilled, as it's very nice! It's so easy to drink, I found myself running out of it in no time (lol)!
Forest green that I couldn't buy last year! Finally I was able to buy it! It's great to have another addition to my collection (lol). The mouthfeel is gentle, with a slight sweetness and acidity, and the balance is wonderful. The aftertaste is gone before you know it (lol). It's not like it's sharp or anything (lol), but it's definitely a delicious sake!
The mouthfeel is very gentle and smooth. After that, it has a ginjo taste, but as expected! The finish is clean and crisp! Delicious and easy to drink!
