My first time at Hanaizumi. And nigori sake! This season, there are a variety of nigori sake, which is very enjoyable. First, the top clear sake. It is moderately sour. After stirring it, it becomes more rounded. The texture is silky (is that the right word?). The glutinous rice is not perceived, though I like rice cakes. I like rice cakes, but I think it's dry. I want to eat Karami rice cake.

A liquor store in Yamagata recommended this sake to me. I bought it because it's a Junmai Daiginjo made by polishing a rare type of sake rice called Yukimajin up to 39. The alcohol content is high, but the taste is refreshing, sweet and mild. It's rich with flavor but crisp after drinking it 🙂 It smells very fragrant and makes me happy😇

Tasted and purchased this one as well. Sweet and tasty without feeling high alcohol content. And a trace of nuttiness.
