I wandered into this Genkotsu Ramen restaurant.
When I ordered sake, this is what I got!
This is the Toyosawa Sake Brewery, which we happened to meet a few days ago.
This is my favorite sake brewery in Nara!
This must be a connection.
I see - it went well with the Genkotsu Ramen and Hankara set!
It was extremely delicious!
October Tasting at Ikema Sake Shop (1)
We went again this month 😁.
Kisenju gives the impression of being drunk a lot at the tasting
It was quite fruity and delicious!
Not very flashy or unique, but not disgusting and I might have bought it 🤔.
It has a sharp, dry taste toward the bottom and a slight aroma toward the top. We bought a bottle at Kyoto Station and enjoyed it with yellowtail sashimi.
I bought it after drinking it at a tasting at Icoma Sake Shop. Is it a wholesaler's PB?
I found out that it has a sake degree of +3.6 and uses M2 yeast.
The second half is spicy, but I like the umami that I first taste in my mouth, just like Katano Sakura. I prefer it a little hotter than cold.
I like it with soda.
Icoma Sake Shop Tasting (1)
Maybe not in the same order as we drank them...
It's a summer sake, but it's not thin, thick and drinkable.
The acidity was also impressive.
Personally, I thought it was a little spicy.
I found out that they use Nara Uruhashi yeast.
I was surprised that the sake strength was +0.4.
I thought it would be higher.
I also had a Junmai unfiltered sake from Kisenju.
I bought this one because I liked its strong taste with a 75% rice polishing ratio!
Good evening, Mr. Tsukemogami.
It's amazing that your brother-in-law was able to save the sea bream he caught and turn it into such a delicious dish! Looks really delicious✨
Sake and fish are the best match 😊.
Good morning, ma-ki-!
My mother handles the sashimi and my wife does the serving 😅 I can't do anything. I can't do anything 😅 I was wondering about the sake from Nara prefecture where there is no sea for fish, but it was a dry sake. It was perfect 😋.
Nara Toyosawa Shuzo
Kisenju Junmai Ginjo Aizan Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake
The brewery is located in Nara City, Nara Prefecture.
Aiyama" from Hyogo Prefecture is 55% polished rice.
Gentle and full-bodied aroma, rounded rice flavor, refreshing acidity, and full-bodied body.
rounded rice flavor, refreshing acidity, and a full-bodied, gentle aftertaste.
A gentle aftertaste with fullness.
