I was told that the sake is sold almost exclusively at the brewery, so I bought it! Delicious 😋 Mild mouthfeel like good water Refreshing sweetness despite its -6 sake strength. But the flavor of the rice is still there. It has a clean and crisp feel on the palate. It really is like drinking water! It's like drinking water 😋😋😋😋😋😋. This is a very limited edition sake with a rice polishing ratio of 38%, which is shipped only one day a year. At a year-end party at my office, I received a gift from the restaurant, but about half of it was left over, and one of the participants suggested that I should take some home! The store also provided a paper bag for us to take home, so we took advantage of their kindness😋.

Really refreshing and light The acidity is quite strong. I think it has some sweetness, but the acidity prevails and makes it taste clean and refreshing The spiciness is just right. This is the kind of drink that you drink too much of 😋😋😋. It was brewed using deep-sea marine yeast isolated from the deep waters of Toyama Bay. It surely goes well with seafood!

Awkwardly sweet and sour! As the label says, awesomely sweet and sour! Refreshing sweet and sour aroma It has a strong sweetness, but the taste is light because of the acidity. And yet it has a mellow flavor. Delicious! They use Gifu Prefecture developed multi-acid G yeast. The alcohol content is low at 11 degrees. Good for an aperitif 😋.
