The sake is filtered by a method called ultrafiltration. Ultrafiltration" is the English word for ultrafiltration. To put it simply, it is filtered through an ultra-fine membrane. This makes it possible to distribute the sake at room temperature even though it is unpasteurized. It is wonderful that the advancement of technology has made it possible to drink delicious sake at any time!
