Clear aroma and mouthfeel Refreshing like a fresh young melon. But it has a strong flavor as if it were made using the traditional sake yeast yeast. Nada's sake is delicious after all. The sake is filtered by a method called ultrafiltration. Ultrafiltration" is the English word for ultrafiltration. To put it simply, it is filtered through an ultra-fine membrane. This makes it possible to distribute the sake at room temperature even though it is unpasteurized. It is wonderful that the advancement of technology has made it possible to drink delicious sake at any time! Of course the so-called "locally brewed" sake from small breweries is delicious, but the sake from the major breweries in Nada is also good 😋.
