Rice used: Sasanishiki, Dewa Kirari, and Miyamanishiki grown in Yamagata Prefecture. I found this in a grab bag at a liquor store in my neighborhood, which has become a regular feature for me. It's not a great deal in terms of price, but I look forward to it because it contains brands that I don't usually buy. This one has the sourness that is typical of a traditional sake brewery, but when you drink it lightly, it is refreshing, and as you continue to drink it, the sweetness comes slowly. As the day goes by, the sweetness will increase even more. The sharpness is not that great, but it is not overpowering either, making it a good all-around sake. The price is less than 1,000 yen without tax, but I️ think it's quite competent.

It's been a long time since I've had my mind blown! This is a drunken sake 🥰. I bought it at Takatsu Sake Shop in Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture! The appearance is pale yellow in color. A gaseous feeling with bubbles floating in the sake cup. The aroma is sweet, glossy and fresh. Sweet aromas of well ripened banana and melon-like weight. And yet, it contains a refreshingly cool sense of selfeil. The rice aroma is about the size of a white dumpling. The mouthfeel is smooth with a gentle stimulation of lively gasiness. The palate is a rush of pleasantly intoxicating sweetness that overflows with fruity notes. The fresh acidity balances the fruity sweetness. While the fresh, bouncy, rich flavor is overwhelming, the rich umami of the rice flows with the sweetness, and the gasiness and acidity are light. The nose has a sweet, rich nuance with a slight hint of nail polish that gives it a cool impression. There is also a sense of umami core with a freshness. There is also a bitter tightness from the last part of the bottle, and the sharpness is not bad. The lingering aftertaste is long. Deliciousness that makes you grin and smile. ☺️ Well, I was a bit impressed after a long time 😳 I want to spread this kind of sake!

Tonight I'm opening a bottle of Sakurafukietsu🌸... a jun-dai (pure) draft sake from Kanemitsu Shuzo🍶, a local brand in our area. Kanemitsu Shuzo is a well-known brewer of Kamo Kanehide, which many people like... but they don't ship their Sakurafukietsu series outside of the prefecture? I've only seen it in my hometown or suburbs😅. Actually, this morning... I went to buy the Kamo Kanehide sake that is only available at the direct sales outlet... but I didn't expect it to be sold out 😨 I got the notice on line on Monday... I didn't expect the 120 bottle limited edition to be sold out on a weekday... 😂... 😂. I was shocked, but I bought it immediately 😨! I was shocked and bought it immediately 🤭 lol Well...I'll open it now that I've been preaching for so long: ‼️ Gorgeous apple🍎 strawberry🍓 pear🍐...fruity aroma🤤.
