Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. The one that impressed me the most after tasting several kinds of Kunihiki. It is sweet and fruity. It has a sourness like citrus. It is low in alcohol but very drinkable. However, I personally don't like the top flavor. I can't explain it well, but it smells sweet? I can't explain it well, but it smells like a sweet smell. After drinking it, it tastes fine, but I don't like the aroma when I put it close to my nose. It's difficult to describe... It might be quite tasty with meat as it says on the back 🤔.

Today I went back to my hometown for the first time in six months. The wife requested to see hydrangeas, so we went to the hydrangea garden and got soaked in sweat 💦. After a delicious meal and bath, we opened a bottle of this sake that the wife liked and purchased at the event. The brewer was easy to talk to and calm, which made a good impression on us. ⭕️ The aroma is fresh and pear-like, and the mouthfeel is clean and refreshing. It has a clean and mellow taste in the mouth, a little dry, and is very easy to drink with a nice sharp taste 😄. It tastes better than usual in the countryside, probably because you are in a completely relaxed mode 😌. The sound of frogs croaking in the background made for a peaceful evening with my husband and wife 🐸. We also bought a bottle of summer sake here which was also delicious 😊.

This is the first time I've had it. I paired it with nabe, but I think it's better to drink it by itself or with a small dish rather than as a food sake🤔. At home. Fukuju after a long time. I visited Kobe Shu-shin-kan and bought this sake as it was recommended. Bright red bottle. The aroma is fruity and the taste is sweet and spicy on the palate. Although the alcohol content is 17%, it is a refreshingly tasty and easy-to-drink gem. It was a quintessential Fukuju. It was a warm day and we were able to visit the restaurant just as the cherry blossoms were falling.

At home. My first Miyakanme ministry. I've always been curious about it since it was introduced on the Izakaya Shinkansen that I saw on TV.
