Birthday gift sake No. 3 Speaking of comets, Ricaman is a liquor that I don't get a chance to drink very often because I don't go to Ricaman. It has a mild top-fragrance aroma. It is gorgeous and refreshingly sweet on the palate. It is a versatile type of sake that can be enjoyed with food or on its own. For better or worse, it is an excellent Daiginjo. I think it tastes more open and sweeter on the second day than when it is freshly opened. The design of the sake lid looks just like the one from a while ago😅.

The unique mellow aroma of rice? Aroma of mellow rice...Sweet and spicy with a strong sweetness. There is also a slight sourness? The bitterness in the aftertaste is not bothersome... It had the same label and yeast as the one I drank at home in the past, but it was upgraded from junmai ginjo to junmai daiginjo. Sweet and sour, juicy and delicious.
