It starts with the fruity sourness of pear and rice, followed by a pungent spiciness and then a full-bodied, delicious sweetness. The caramelized taste comes in like it has been aged, and the sweetness, which is not as sweet as sugar, and the light bitterness extend. If you continue to drink it, it will taste sweet in the mouth, but if you pour some cold sake back into the mouth, you can drink it without hesitation. As you continue to drink it, your tongue gets used to it and the caramel taste is a nice accent, making it a delicious drink. It is delicious. When the temperature is raised to 60 degrees Celsius, the spiciness, acidity, and the rice flavor are all present.

Birthday gift sake No. 3 Speaking of comets, Ricaman is a liquor that I don't get a chance to drink very often because I don't go to Ricaman. It has a mild top-fragrance aroma. It is gorgeous and refreshingly sweet on the palate. It is a versatile type of sake that can be enjoyed with food or on its own. For better or worse, it is an excellent Daiginjo. I think it tastes more open and sweeter on the second day than when it is freshly opened. The design of the sake lid looks just like the one from a while ago😅.

Nemuchi said she didn't have a good image of Nishinomoto, but I pushed her 😁. Well, I don't usually drink Nishinomon myself 🙄🙄. It had the same label and yeast as the one I drank at home in the past, but it was upgraded from junmai ginjo to junmai daiginjo. Sweet and sour, juicy and delicious. Like Koshi, I don't like the aroma of sake made with malic acid-producing yeast, but I don't dislike the taste.

Next, here is a bottle from ‼️ that was Miyajima's recommendation for the Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai. ‼️ To be honest, I can't really tell the difference 😅 although the richness of the orikagarami is better. I just keep reaching for the ogara-mi 😆. Maybe it's the bitterness that makes it better for eating 😋. Either way it's delicious, so this comparison is a lot of fun ‼️4

I was drawn to the limited edition label because it seems that from this year they have changed from Daiginjo to Junmai Daiginjo 😁.
