From the jacket, I thought it would be a light, dry, smooth and elegant type 🤔. When I drank it, I found it to be medium dry with a solid richness and flavor... 😋 I felt like we suddenly became friends🎶. Sauteed peppers with salted kelp (salted kelp flavor), turban shells in a jar, goes well with a variety of Japanese food😻 It's also a great gift 👍✨.

I usually don't drink that much 🍷 and 🍶 a little vacation. I only drink Nouveau 🍷 at a small wine specialty shop owned by the owner, who has experience as the best sommelier in Japan every year. (I told him that I actually like Sake and he said that he only drinks Obuse Sogape and one other sake brewery for everyday drinking...I'm curious...wait a minute...he came from the back and brought me this! I'm sorry, I don't know this brewery...but they have hiyaoroshi and yamahai. So he shared his favorite hiyaoroshi with me! It's easy to drink, has a nice mouthfeel, and is dry with a nice flavor and sharpness. It's also delicious and reminds me of a white wine! The Nouveau chosen by the owner this year was expensive... but he said he had no choice because of the weak yen and the international situation.

@Koriyama Iando After having a drink in Omiya, I got tired of going back to Tokyo, so I jumped on the 🚄 and went to Koriyama. I decided to have a quick bite in front of the station, but it was crowded everywhere, so I went to a new restaurant that I found. They have a good selection of local sake, and I chose "Yuri", which I had never had before, and it is from the same brewery as Aizu Nakasho! I heard that this sake is brewed by a mother and daughter who are both sake brewing technicians! It has a soft sweetness at first, but eventually it becomes slightly dry and pleasant to drink. It is very easy to drink, which is impressive and delicious.

Yahiko Sake Brewery in Yahiko Village, Niigata Prefecture. The main brand was "Echino Hakusetsu," but it appears that "Yahiko" will be the main brand from now on. This Junmai Ginjo is also made from Yamadanishiki produced in Yahiko Village, and is a good sake, not fruity, but calm and soft. Yahiko Village is where my mother is from, and I spent a lot of time there as a child when I was sent to my mother's home, so it is like a second home to me. Yahiko Shrine, the first shrine in Echigo, is located there.

My mother is from Yahiko Village and I used to stay at her parents' house in Yahiko Village when I was a child, so Yahiko is like my second home.

November 6, 2020. Drinking dinner at home. I bought it as soon as I saw it on sale at the supermarket in my neighborhood. This is a very good wine. It has a gorgeous scent like an apple. and very easy to drink. It's delicious.

. Niigata Sake No.3 (last) A bottle of "Senki no Ippon" (a bottle of sake for a special occasion) received as a souvenir from Niigata. It is named after the head brewer of the Shirotaki Sake Brewery in Kouzenjosui. The color is clear and colorless. The aroma is full of fruity melon! The taste is a concentrated sweetness of rice, The taste is sweet, but not cloying at all, The taste is sweet and sweet, but not cloying at all. It was an authentic sake that hit you right in the throat 😊. The rice polishing ratio is 35%.... I am not sure if this is why it has this aroma and sweetness 🤲.

I was called to work in Tokyo. I don't like cities. The National Diet building is beautiful with gingko trees in full color. I was surprised that it didn't smell like ginkgo. It is as expected. I went to a restaurant whose name I remember for the first time in a long time. There are a lot of gingko nuts, so I chose the ones I don't think I would buy by myself. Oh, it's full and sweet.
