I asked the lady at the store to recommend a new arrival, and since Hayashi was not yet available, I bought a bottle of Kurobe Pincer from the same brewery 😚. The aroma is not so much but a little peachy 🍑? It is fresh on the palate with a gentle sweetness and rice flavor 🌾😋 It is a delicious sake that finishes with a bit of an alkali aftertaste 😆👍✨.

I look forward to Toyama hiyaoroshi every year 😊. I chose Kurobe Gorge this year as well 😆. This year may be different from previous years⁉️. The aroma is sweet and rummy. At home. Sake tasting party with friends after a long time. We brought our own sake. First up was a local sake from Echigo-Yuzawa, a gem bearing the name of the first head of the Shirataki Sake Brewery. The aroma is gorgeous, and in the mouth you can taste the acidity and umami, with a slight lingering alcohol taste. It leaves a slightly bitter or rough feeling in the back of the throat. The Shirotaki Shuzo is known for its Kouzen Nyosui, which has a fuller aroma and taste compared to the Kouzen Nyosui. The bottle was also unusual, with an innovative volume of 630 ml. This is the first brand I've seen and the taste is great. ‼️

Went to a sake brewery in Yamaguchi last month and bought it. (Thank you kindly even though I went there almost out of the blue 🙇 ) Bought this year's freshly made, but it's been a while (not that freshly made doesn't taste great) SANTOUKAI Junmai Ginjo 100% Yamadanishiki Soft with a hint of acidity. Because it's a cold sake, it's clear and refreshing. It is quite gentle. Slightly sweet It doesn't interfere with your meal. The atmosphere of the brewery and the people who helped me were unpretentious without being overbearing (my own image 😁), but the sake also seems to be a little similar 😆 (my imagination 😝)

Next was the Ryusen Yaezakura Junmai Sake Takumi no Omachi. Compared to the Yamada-Nishiki we drank earlier, the taste is a little more robust. The aroma is almost imperceptible, but the sweetness and umami of the flavor is stronger than that of Yamadanishiki.
