Good evening, I'll have your first series of Shinrai ⚡️ from Hiroshima 🙌 Jinrai Junmai Senbon Nishiki Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake 2023BY✨ It's been a while since I've had a Senbon Nishiki sake. The aroma is mainly banana yogurt with floral nectar, greenish pear, acidity and alcohol, which I like very much. The sweetness and acidity of the banana yogurt spreads quickly in the mouth, followed by the bitterness and spiciness of the pure rice from the sake, making it so easy to drink without feeling the high alcohol content 😋😋😋😋. It's like drinking a higher alcohol Sentori Classic and I like it very much 😊.

Almost no aroma 🤔In the mouth, it is fire-brewed but the sensation of freshness fills the mouth. It's a good combination of matured and fresh 😚😊Mellow and calm with a good umami and a crisp acidity 😋. I don't know if it is suitable for today's suddenly cooler weather, but it was delicious . This was my first Koganezawa, a gift from someone. It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from Gohyakumangoku, so I had an image that it was quite refreshing, but it tasted just as it should. Shishimai Fuunroku Part 3 The next point of rest and ga-in is Tenjo Yumegen This label commemorates the 100th anniversary of Maruka Kensetsu, located in the same area as Nakayu Sake Brewery. The contents are probably the same as the regular Tokujun, but it is only at local festivals that this kind of sake is served as a sacred sake. However, I am not sure if this label is "Yamato" or "Taiwa". It has been a long time since I have tasted Tenjo Mugen, and while it has a dry base, it is slightly sweet, has a strong umami flavor, and has a nice acidity and bitterness.
