Three staggering drunks strolling to the next restaurant🐾🐈🐾 We drank only our favorites at the first restaurant, so the second one was Aomori sake (๑🍶๑🍶🍶´-) Yum! Fruity! I decided to go to ❣️ because I had never had it before and because of the words "fruity". Exactly! Aomori means scallops 🥰. This is the first time I actually ate them there 🎶. It tastes gentler than the ones I make myself ☺️ I'll use it as a reference for the next time I make it.

Good evening! From the past history, I'll upload the sakes I drank at #Ginura Sake Bar. This time, it's "Senshin". This sake is made by Asahi Shuzo in Niigata Prefecture. It is 5 years old, but it tastes so beautiful that I felt it was boring for the price. I don't know how I would feel if I drank it now. I would like to drink it again at Gin Kura. (^O^)

This is my second post tonight, back home to my parents 🙌. Kubota Kenshin Junmai Daiginjo 2021BY✨ I'm opening a bottle to feel a traditional sake for the first time in a while: ☺️ The rice used is 100% Takananishiki, and the polishing ratio is higher than that of Manju, which is a high-end line. The aroma is of the light, dry Niigata sake of yesteryear, but with a hint of matured sweet grain 😊The taste is a perfect complement to Japanese food as a mid-meal sake, with a sharp aftertaste, but with a soft, full-bodied rice sweetness that is delicious in its own right 🤤.

Rice used is unknown Since this brewery does not have a sake brewing license, it is said that the brewery goes to Nagano Meisho to make sake. There is a pattern of having sake brewed on consignment, but this method is unusual. I imagined it would be a good old-fashioned sake from the label, but it was light and very easy to drink ❗️. It has just a hint of sweetness and is very refreshing with little alcohol. It was a seriously good sake❣️

Brewed by Wadaryu Shuzo in Ueda, Nagano Wada Ryu Junmai Freshly Pressed Unpasteurized Sake This sake is badass 😂. I heard it was freshly made, Fresh and juicy. Rough and gassy, the gasiness alternately stimulates the upper and lower jaw alternately stimulating the upper and lower jaw ⚡⚡⚡. This is also exciting and awesome 😆. I found a great sake 😆.

Today we went for a drive to Shinshu 🚗Through the Juushi Pass where my husband used to ride his motorcycle in his youth, we went to a sake brewery in Shinshu with a sense of nostalgia ‼️ We bought a bottle of Miyamanishiki, the first in the Tomisui series 🥰, a sake with a moderate aroma, sweetness to rice flavor, and a nice sharpness, which was intended to be a food sake 🩷. The sweetness and umami were refreshing from the first sip! In a word, "clarity"✨It has a good balance of acidity and bitterness in a light flavor, and is just so refreshing and crisp. ‼️It is 16 degrees, but it is easy to drink because there is no spiciness or alcohol smell, which is bad💓. When I compared it with the Miyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjo, which is made from the same rice as the Miyamanishiki and has a little bit left over in my house, the Miyamanishiki has a slightly stronger and richer aroma than the Miyamanishiki, but both have a well-balanced and light flavor of rice without any spiciness or alcohol smell. Today, we paired it with chilled tofu with leek sauce, gyoza, and sukiyaki udon! The sukiyaki's soft and spicy broth with the egg, combined with the light and delicious Tonomizu, was the perfect combination 🎉. Sake impressions by itself are the responsibility of shinsaku3 💕.

New Year's sake (2) - Women's tears When I went back to my parents' house, my father bought this sake. It seemed to be a recommendation from Aoki Shoten. With all due respect, I had never heard of this sake and it was unknown to me. When I opened the bottle, there was not much aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness and gradually start to feel the alcohol, and it ends up being dry. From the naming, you would expect it to be intensely dry. It is easy to drink. There are still many sake that I do not know about, and sake is very deep.

I've been wanting to try this drink for a while ✨. Here, Nagano sake is rarely seen in liquor stores or supermarkets, but I found this at a nearby supermarket 👀 some kind of fair ❔. I love these classic and classy labels ♡. The taste is just like a classic sake 🍶. I didn't really feel the Nagano character, but it's an all-rounder that accepts a variety of snacks👍.

Today, I went shopping at Naritasan Shinsho-ji Temple. And by the way? I thought I'd buy some sake. Chomei-sen! The name is good luck! I had no choice but to buy it. I thought, "I have no choice but to buy it! I want to cherish my good luck! I took it home and opened the bottle, thinking I would drink it as it was cold there. No blowout. First, the supernatant. I could feel some acidity. After that, I stirred it well, poured it into a glass, and drank it! It is sweet! As soon as you think that, it goes from dry to sharp. And then the four-pack was gone.
