Amber colored sake 🍶. This sake had a strong (heavy) flavor. It also has a sweetness, but the bitter taste comes in the aftertaste. I think it's delicious, but if you like refreshing sake, it might not be for you.

#Alcohol content 15% #Polishing ratio 55% #Shiboritate #Sake brewed with Kame-no-o, a fantastic sake rice, as the hanging rice and Yamada-nishiki as the koji rice. This is new sake, fresh! But it is thick and slightly rich. Slightly sweet like a ginjo-shu.

Made in the same brewery as Natural Selection. It is a dessert sake with a syrupy, honey-like flavor. It has a strange flavor that changes when drunk snow-cold or lukewarm.

I had never had it before, even though it is a staple of this restaurant! A rich aroma of mirin (sweet sake). Sweet and tasty, sour and light syrup. The rice is fluffy and delicious afterwards. The flavor spreads softly in the mouth, just like amazake. Surprisingly, it is not so sticky. It is like a dessert sake.

At the 8th Sake Shop Kaku-uchi Fest (Ueno Park). The jacket was too cute to buy. Peru and Lulu seem to be the names of cats kept at the brewery. It has a clear fruity taste. It can be enjoyed on its own or as an in-between-dinner drink. I think it is better chilled than heated.

Like Kitanohomare, it was purchased at a liquor store where Nemuchi and I stopped by after the Ogimachi Park event. I'm not sure what brands they carry, but I get the impression that they stock a lot of Yamamoto, Eiko-Fuji, Chuai, and Yonesuru. I also wonder if they have a better stock of sake bottles. The first impression is light and refreshing, and the second half has a chemical-like umami and a strong alty taste. It's not my favorite type of flavor... I don't think you can tell it's a daiginjo if you drink it blind. When I drink it again, I feel acidity and a hint of sweetness. I think the sweetness has increased a little, so the nuance that I don't like has lessened. I don't care what you think, but isn't the balance bad because the seal on the bottle is the size of a bottle of raw sake? I thought so. The regular brand name of this brewery is Ando Suigun, but Ajigasawa seems to be a PB of a sake wholesaler in Shizuoka.

I had it at home 🏠 with a clear, dry, maguta kyuri sesame soy sauce dressings and it was delicious ✨I'm addicted to Belcube's Italian selections ✨The taste is not peculiar so anything will go with it 💖.

I have wanted to drink Sato Kikai since I saw the Manatchi review. What a surprise, it was in the all-you-can-drink section. It's strong and strong, but still has a nice sharpness that makes you want to drink the next one. The oil from the bean sprout tempura is also washed away easily. This is delicious. Sato is good at what they do. The waiter who brought the second Heki Frog was Mild Takeshon, and I thought he made a surprise appearance. It was the first time in my life to eat and drink with someone who speaks in a perfect Kansai dialect. Drinking Tohoku sake while listening to the Kansai dialect was exceptional. The last part of the event was a bit fuzzy in my memory 😅. Was it my imagination that she smelled slightly more this way?

🪘 Yesterday, there was a little bit of this sake left that was opened while I was sleeping, so I drank it. +I wondered how spicy +10 would be, but it turned out to be quite sweet and easy to drink. After that, I lost at mahjong 🀄️, but it was fun, so it's all right. Now my batteries are recharged for the year-end and New Year's holidays! The only thing left to do now is discharge the batteries.

OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑰. This is the booth of Marumoto Sake Brewery, a sake brewery in Okayama. The company cultivates its own rice through "San-Ou rice cultivation" (organic cultivation in which the rice is starved three times). They also make a very sweet sake, which is my favorite, and I talked to them 3-4 times in total. Takebayashi Junmai Ginjoshu Organic EARTH SCIENCE. The moment I drank it, it had a sense of maturity, but it was full of sweetness and umami. When I asked him about it, he said it had been aged for about 2 years. It was still delicious 😋. I couldn't talk much with the brewer this time, but I told him that they are promoting their products.
