I was curious why it says sweet on purpose😅. It's not like the popular fluffy fluty It's a solid sweet sake 👘. So, you know... It was great with light red bean paste sweets, cheese, teriyaki, etc 🎵. Yesterday, I went to my favorite izakaya "我" ♡♡♡. I drank a variety of drinks in the all-you-can-drink 1 hour 1500 yen (*^^*) It was crowded, so I couldn't order at a high pitch, so I could only drink 9 kinds out of the 20 or so available...(-_-...) The 6th drink was "Miho". Oroku" and "Gassan" are the most famous sake from Shimane, so I haven't had many of the others. It has a strong sense of rice, but it's not mellow or fruity. I'm sure you'll love it. *I love it!

I'm opening them all up because they are overstocked😅. I couldn't buy it last year and have been waiting for a year. The one I had at the Japanese sake festival was very subtle so I wanted to make sure 🤔. Fresh and fizzy. It has little sweetness, but the gasiness on top of the bitterness is very nice. I'd like to try the sake made with Kame-no-o that comes out around spring.

Sandesi🍶 I'm not really impressed with the size of this one. And the label says "handmade"... I feel like they are very particular about it 😝. It's a very tangy, crispy, and hardcore taste. I decided to go for the Sandesi after taking various things into consideration, I regret that I should have bought a four-pack bottle. My child said, "That's unusual! The bottle is so small! 🤣. The third picture is Kumamoto Castle which was damaged in the Kumamoto earthquake. Still under restoration. This is the first time I've seen the inside of a stone wall 👀. The fourth picture is on the way to Mt. I couldn't see anything because of the thick fog or clouds 🤣.

Hyogo Prefecture Mizuho Kuromatsu Kenbishi Rice polishing ratio Alcohol 17.5 Junmai sake from Kenbishi. As a Junmai sake drinker, I really wanted to have a Junmai sake from Kenbishi, so I bought it online. The color is light amber. The matured flavor reminds me of chocolate aroma. It is a solid sake with a great posture.
