The refreshing sizzle at the end and the bitter taste at the end make me want to drink more sake one after another. Like Miyagi sake, I think it would go well with sashimi or fish 🐟.

It is served with sweetened kasubi fish. ☺️

But in the end, however, the sweetness and gorgeousness of the rice comes alive and is twice as delicious in one 🌟. More of a dinner with snacks than a meal 🍶. Raw oysters would be nice 😊.

It is a junmai daiginjo, but I think it is more suitable as a food sake ^ ^. The lightness of the sake does not interfere with food. It is also good with strong flavored food.
