けにょThis is a comparison between Saku from Mie Prefecture and Zijima's Aizan. The same specs of 100% Junmai Ginjo from Aizan, also from Hyogo. Both are Aizan, but not too sweet, refreshing, dry and fresh. The Saku is more flamboyant, while the Zijima is more astringent, and both are easy to drink.
