This is delicious.
I haven't had much in the way of heated sake, and the only brand-name heated sake I can think of is Izumihashi, but this looks like it could open up the world of heated sake!
It has a rich flavor and acidity. It has a rich flavor and acidity. It's a bit harsh when drunk cold, but when it's heated it doesn't mellow, but the umami flavor seems to increase.
I'm going to explore heated sake this winter.
