I found another stylish sake. It starts with a gentle sweetness and tanginess, followed by a crisp finish. A sake I would like to drink with a glass of wine. I can drink more and more (lol).

Recently, there are many fashionable sakes such as micro-foam, but this one is dry and sharp! I felt it was dry and sharp. I like this kind of sake. This is the kind of sake I like to drink with friends.

My first Hiroshima sake. It has a nice sweetness after feeling the nama-zake character. I would like to try the other series which have different sake rice. I would like to try it. I may be able to taste the difference in taste depending on the rice used for sake. For some reason, I would like to drink it with fish and chips.

Kuroryu Nyanzaebaeki This is a pure ginjo sake with a fresh and elegant flavor and umami, matured in an original way. It is named after the first brewer "Nizaemon" (⼆左衛⾨). 35% pure Solzan-Nishiki from Tojo, Shinagawa Prefecture Jun-ginjo Japanese sake degree +3.0 Alcohol content 16.0 The first impression is of a tight image, with aromas of fresh lemon, melon in its lush state and white sweet flowers of gardenia. The latter half of the aroma releases fresh spices reminiscent of juniper berries, gorgeous and crystal clear with a sparkling clarity. The wine instantly shifts from a mild touch to a dry impression, but there is a core strength with viscosity from the tip of the tongue to the center, clearly conveying to the drinker the development of the taste buds from the mid-palate onward. In the latter half, it has a citrus aroma and a fresh, moist, gentle quality, with a clear intonation.

haccoba hanauta hops I tried a corner bar for the first time! I looked at the menu but didn't know what to order, so I asked the waitress to tell me everything! The customer in front of me had ordered it and was excited that it was opening today, so I ordered it, not knowing what it was, but curious, I was surprised to find a lemon-like freshness spreading through the bottle. !!!! A very good sake 🍋🍶!

Tamitsu Omachi Junmai Ginjo The taste is mild and apple-like. Mild umami with a slight thickness of Omachi Tingling, light bitterness and acidity on the finish I've been curious about Tamitsu for a while, so I finally got around to trying it. It's so good, I'd like to try the raw sake version too!

Aizu Miyazumi Junmai The taste has a refreshing apple-like sweetness and balanced with a slight acidity of rice. It finishes lightly with a dry aftertaste. The level is too high even though it does not claim to be a ginjo.

Hirotogawa Junmai Daiginjo I was going to buy it when I found it. Luckily I found it 💡. It is fire-aged but has a fresh aroma. Gentle acidity and sharpness with a hint of rice. Good evening Harry😄. Glad you got it safely 😁👍. I would recommend not to heat sake in this heat 😅. Jun Dai tastes great cold or at room temperature 💕.
