The other two drinks in the comparison were Souhyo The result... all three tasted insanely similar😅. The Jun Dai Gohyakumangoku was the cleanest tasting of the three. But it is a solid, classic sake. I think I felt the most acidity from the clean taste typical of Yamadanishiki in the special junmai brewed by Nama-moto. All of them were the ones I would like to drink with warmed sake. I also had Mimuro Sugi and Akabu after this, but I didn't take any pictures of them 😅.

Second day of business trip to Tokyo Attending the conference from this day! Typhoon 🌀 hit the city and it rained so hard in the morning that I was soaking wet within 10 minutes of going to the venue😭. The presentation by my student in the first morning ended without incident, I was able to study for a full day. My tired head needs sugar! On this day, I went to dinner with my colleagues. Since my colleague was also a wine lover, we went to this restaurant where we could enjoy wine and sake. After toasting with sparkling red wine🍷, we went to sake. 3 kinds of sake You can choose your favorite 3 types from 12 types on the menu! I chose three that I don't drink very often! Ryusei chilled and grated The taste is robust and acidic. It has a nice sharpness. A deliciously spicy sake. I had it cold, but I would like to drink it warmed.

After enjoying a set of three types of sake, I wanted to have another drink (since I purchased a Go To Eat Tokyo digital meal ticket 😉 ), so I chose.... The "Laughing Four Seasons Sensation Black" 🍶! It had a pleasant sweetness and sharpness that made for a nice finish 😊. I was curious about this item on the menu I ordered the char-grilled tender pork leg with homemade ponzu sauce, and it unexpectedly appeared on a stylish plate! It was unexpectedly presented on a stylish plate!

Hi Aaru Sake, m(_ _)m I've been wondering about Laughing Four Seasons for a while now myself, so I'll take a look at it. But like others, I'm most concerned that it's very different from the pig's feet I know 😂.
