The other two drinks in the comparison were Souhyo
The result... all three tasted insanely similar😅.
The Jun Dai Gohyakumangoku was the cleanest tasting of the three.
But it is a solid, classic sake.
I think I felt the most acidity from the clean taste typical of Yamadanishiki in the special junmai brewed by Nama-moto.
All of them were the ones I would like to drink with warmed sake.
I also had Mimuro Sugi and Akabu after this, but I didn't take any pictures of them 😅.

Typhoon 🌀 hit the city and it rained so hard in the morning that I was soaking wet within 10 minutes of going to the venue😭.
The presentation by my student in the first morning ended without incident,
I was able to study for a full day.

On this day, I went to dinner with my colleagues.
Since my colleague was also a wine lover, we went to this restaurant where we could enjoy wine and sake.
After toasting with sparkling red wine🍷, we went to sake.

Ryusei chilled and grated
The taste is robust and acidic.
It has a nice sharpness.
A deliciously spicy sake.
I had it cold, but I would like to drink it warmed.

The "Laughing Four Seasons Sensation Black" 🍶!
It had a pleasant sweetness and sharpness that made for a nice finish 😊.

After enjoying a two-hour radio event at Yurakucho Yomiuri Hall, we walked to the Shinbashi area.
The restaurant was crowded on a Saturday night, but I was relieved to find a seat 😌.
I looked at the menu 👀👀 and chose 3 out of the 14 choices (and they were sold out now 😁).
