After enjoying a two-hour radio event at Yurakucho Yomiuri Hall, we walked to the Shinbashi area.
The restaurant was crowded on a Saturday night, but I was relieved to find a seat 😌.
I looked at the menu 👀👀 and chose 3 out of the 14 choices (and they were sold out now 😁).

The third type is "Laughing Seasons".
I chose it because it is not often seen in Kumamoto.
The flavor and acidity are pleasant 🥰.
It is still my favorite flavor.
I drank it while checking the taste, but 30ml would be gone in no time 😅.

This lunchtime drinking set comes with 5 kinds of appetizers.
I drank the sake before the appetizers arrived😅.
Next was Hayaseura. Probably hiyaoroshi.
It is deliciously spicy.
It goes well with soy sauce👍.
It also went well with Morokyu.

I couldn't return home due to a typhoon, so I stayed overnight in Tokyo.
Today I had free time until my flight, so I watched a movie in the morning and had a drink during the day.
It was a stylish restaurant under a guard between Yurakucho and Shinbashi.
There was a set lunchtime drinking menu with wine or sake, and you could choose 3 kinds of sake from about 15 kinds.
The first was Saku's Enochi.
It's a good one that goes from sweet and tasty to clear and crisp.
I hadn't had Saku at home recently, so I was reminded of its deliciousness 🥰.
Probably 30ml?
I had it as an aperitif in no time 😁.
