AKATAKE Junmai Hiyadoroshi I wanted to drink an autumn sake 🍁. I chose Akabu ⚜️it's been a while! It has a mild mouthfeel Gentle sweetness 😋😋. Gradually the bitterness shows its face... 😳 It cuts through nicely ✨. It's like a calm, honors sake 😌. It is better to drink it at a slightly higher temperature It is better to drink it a little warmer than chilled. the flavors opened up and became more gorgeous 🌸.

The second bottle I bought at Sake no Yamamoto last week. Akatake Junmai Ginjo There were many kinds, but since it was my first time drinking it, I chose the orthodox Junmai Ginjo. It's delicious! The aroma and the first sip are fruity, but the aftertaste is strong. As the name of the sake suggests, it has a nice martial feel. It was an interesting contrast to yesterday's Hououmida. It was worth the heavy effort of bringing home two 1-square-bottle bottles! We're happy again today!

My wife also likes sake, so we always buy a bottle. She keeps it in the vegetable room of the refrigerator. When I secretly bought a second bottle, my wife said "Why don't you buy a refrigerator? Oh, I can buy one⁉️. I bought an Iris-Oyama 93L. It can hold 6 bottles and 4 No.4 bottles. I was so excited to visit the sake shop Yamamoto 20 minutes walk from my workplace. We had a wide variety of items, so we were very excited! I bought 2 bottles of sake! The train on the way home was heavy💦. My wife came to pick me up at the nearest station. I opened one of the bottles, Hououmita! It's refreshing and easy to drink! I can drink as much as I want! When should I open the other one? I'm happy today.

精米歩合80％って他であまり見かけないような。そんなに甘くはないけどしっかりした味。炭酸の弱いシャンパン飲んでるみたいな感じ。ガス消えてからの味も楽しみ。次回は他の米使ったものや吟醸も飲んでみたい。
