The balance of sweetness and acidity is good, and the fruity aroma, though discreet, is favorable. I paired it with tonight's menu: pork belly radish, fried tofu from Tochio, and green pepper with salted kelp. My wife bought 551 Hourai pork buns for me after dinner. Personally, I really like this type of sake.
