Purchased at Orikuchi Sake Shop, which we visited after the Japanese Sake Festival. It is slightly floral and juicy on the palate. The second half is quite spicy, but I personally thought it was a sake bursting with Omachi character. It feels spicy when it is well chilled, but as the temperature rises a little after a while, it becomes sweeter and the flavor profile becomes clearer. Tochigi Ai for the third time in July

I thought Miyamanishiki Nigori was going to sell out early, but I was relieved to see that Origuchi Sake Brewery announced on their Instagram that they had plenty in stock 😊. It seems they got more than usual. It's juicy, sweet and juicy. It is pineapple-like. The bitterness is also quite strong. Personally, I prefer the straight brew that is not nigori.

Purchased at the Origuchi Sake Shop when I went to make a reservation for the Risshun morning pressing. Dark sweetness and strong acidity. The acidity is apple-like. It has a strong sweetness and acidity, but it is light and refreshing and easy to drink. It is a little dry and has a cider-like atmosphere with no gasiness.

Origuchi Sake-ten suddenly started taking reservations for Wakabisu, so I went to make a reservation last week and received it today. The rice is Kami no Ho. I didn't feel any gas, but there were lots of bubbles in the glass. I was told it was a food type wine, but it was more fruity and pineapple-like than I expected. It's not flashy, but it's delicious with a moderate sweetness and flavor. Wakabisu sake brewery is close to Aoyama-cho station, so you can go there by train 🤔.

Drinking for the first time in four years. Yoohee-san was the first to buy this sake, and the people in Kansai bought it one after another. I didn't feel much of the scent of the upper part of the bottle. Lots of fine bubbles in the glass 🫧. Fresh, sweet and sour. Light and very easy to drink. No pungency, which I really like. I know I've said some subtle things about it in past posts, but it's really good 😊.

Tochigi Ai 🥰 in a long time I flew over to Origuchi Sake Shop after seeing their instagram and was told that not many people come here for this sake 🤣. Fruity peachy taste and overall gentle and elegant mouthfeel. A little bitter and spicy at the end. I think 1980 yen is a high cosmetic price for this spec. It tastes round without any corners.

I'll follow Hirupeko's example and have a drink I'm used to at the end of this year 😁. The sake that got me hooked on sake was this one from Koshi. The sake used to come with a green label, but it seems the label has been changed and the sake has been renewed. Fresh and crispy gasiness. It's not too sweet, but it's delicious. I had a great time meeting many people at the offline meetings this year! Have a happy new year everyone 🎍.

It has been a long time since I have tasted it at the Origuchi Sake Shop. It was a little cloudy. I got the impression that it was a clear, dry sake. It has almost no sweetness, but there is no bitterness, so is it easy to drink? First Eagle of Koshi. Dry, clear and light. A little sweetness and acidity. The last taste is a bit bitter and lactic acidity. The impression is that it is a food sake type. When you drink it again, it is light and refreshing, but there may be a trace of sweetness like melon or apple. It seems more pungent when drunk as a food wine than as a stand-alone wine... It seems like a lot of things are going wrong with Amezure. I only knew of a distributor in Nara, but since the Origuchi Sake Shop has started to carry it, I bought it for a long time. This sake is made from Tsurubara yeast, ancient rice, and Aizan. It is colored light pink because of the ancient rice. It is sweet and sour. Maybe because of the 90% rice polishing ratio, it has a strong sake flavor for a sake with 14 degrees Celsius. It does not taste like Aizan.

The sweetness and flavor come in smoothly and flow smoothly. It is much lighter in the mouth than expected, easy to drink, and has a fresh feel. Personally, I prefer Gohyakumangoku, which is a bit sweeter. This is one of the bottles I bought at Orikuchi at the end of the year. I actually went to buy a bottle of Yokoyama, but they didn't have the one I was looking for, so I bought two varieties of Shichida because it was sparkling. When I went to pick up the Chokyu I reserved, they also had Shuten Doji, so I bought it. Huh? I didn't have a reservation for Shuten-doji, did I? This is the first time I've had a sake lid type sake pressed in the morning of Risshun. Sentori also seems to have a sake lid, but unlike Sentori, the cork didn't fly off😅. The aroma is fruity in a small amount. Freshness and juicy flavor. The sweetness and spiciness are well balanced, and the assertiveness is reserved and calm. It can be enjoyed on its own, but I think it's more suitable as an in-between-dinner drink.

It is a little sweet and schwarzy, but the aftertaste flows smoothly. I had an image of a dry, dry, dry Gohyakumangoku from Nanada, but it was very well-balanced and I preferred it to the Yuyamanishiki that I purchased at the same time. I first bought it at Edion and gave it to a relative who liked it so much that I wanted to drink it myself, so I bought it again at Origuchi. Various sake from Kiku no Tsukasa Sake Brewery. The only place I know of that sells Kiku no Tsukasa sake, outside of department stores, is the Origuchi Sake Shop. They are very appealing and have won awards. It is gorgeous. It is quite sweet and fruity like a melon. I've tasted the raw version of this before, and it's really good. I've never been able to buy it. According to the official website, it's a raw sake. I thought it was a bit like Momonosato Junmai Ginjo.

I saw Ponchan's review of Asakayasai and wanted to drink it, so I bought it at the Origuchi Sake Shop. Is this the first Asakayousei Yamadanishiki? Slightly gassy and heavy on sweetness and umami. A little bitter at the end. The production date is March of this year, so it is a little ripe, but I don't think the sense of maturity is that strong. This is the first time this year for Origuchi Sake Shop. One of the few liquor stores that I know by face. It is a small store, but they carry many famous brands. They don't have a backyard or a warehouse, so all of their stock is on display in the store, so they sell out relatively early. If you go there on weekdays, you will often find that they don't have any. Brands handled include Saku, Machida Shuzo, Sagata, Omine, Yokoyama, Shichida, Akitora, Minami, Kure, Kiku no Tsukasa, Hakurei, Hokosugi, Shiki, Horaisen, Asakayo, Naraman, and various sake brands from Meimon Shukai. Fruity and melon-like. Gassy. Fades out with bitterness at the end. Not sweet by any means, but easy to drink and delicious.

It is said that Origarami is rare because it seems to have been put out only in the store which is limited by a special order among the Hatsu-sugata. It's so clear that you can't tell if it's not called "origarami". There is a little lees mixed in. It is slightly sweet and has a strong flavor. It's the kind of taste that soaks in slowly. The liquor store here had a shipment of Machida Shuzo's local brand, Seiryo's Ordinary Sake Shiboritate, but it was a blink and you'll miss it😿 It's been a few days, but I think it's sweeter than when it was just opened. I think it's a little less sweet than the others. The liquor store I bought it from said that some places limit one bottle of this sake per person. I've seen the regular Hatsu-sugata, but not this one. After all, it tastes sweeter after a few days. It's better to drink it over time.
