When I went to pick up the Chokyu I reserved, they also had Shuten Doji, so I bought it. Huh? I didn't have a reservation for Shuten-doji, did I? This is the first time I've had a sake lid type sake pressed in the morning of Risshun. Sentori also seems to have a sake lid, but unlike Sentori, the cork didn't fly off😅. The aroma is fruity in a small amount. Freshness and juicy flavor. The sweetness and spiciness are well balanced, and the assertiveness is reserved and calm. It can be enjoyed on its own, but I think it's more suitable as an in-between-dinner drink.
