I thought Miyamanishiki Nigori was going to sell out early, but I was relieved to see that Origuchi Sake Brewery announced on their Instagram that they had plenty in stock 😊.
It seems they got more than usual.
It's juicy, sweet and juicy.
It is pineapple-like. The bitterness is also quite strong. Personally, I prefer the straight brew that is not nigori.
