It seems like a lot of things are going wrong with Amezure.
I only knew of a distributor in Nara, but since the Origuchi Sake Shop has started to carry it, I bought it for a long time.
This sake is made from Tsurubara yeast, ancient rice, and Aizan. It is colored light pink because of the ancient rice. It is sweet and sour. Maybe because of the 90% rice polishing ratio, it has a strong sake flavor for a sake with 14 degrees Celsius.
It does not taste like Aizan.
