I went to Origuchi Sake Shop for the first time in almost a year since they opened a new store in Osaka that handles holly!
Since last year when I went back from the Japanese Sake Festival😅.
You can buy Hi-ire at Seijo-Ishii, but I had to go to Nara to buy Nama-Shu, so thank goodness for that 🙏.
I was introduced by another sake brewery and met the brewer at the Kokusyu Sake Fair.
It was in stock a few days after the Kunisake Fair, so it's a very fast development!
The aroma is gorgeous.
It's juicy, sweet, and tangy. A little bitterness at the end. The aftertaste is quite fruity😋.
They also talked about hijilism, so I'm looking forward to future arrivals!
