Purchased at Orikuchi Sake Shop, which we visited after the Japanese Sake Festival.
It is slightly floral and juicy on the palate. The second half is quite spicy, but I personally thought it was a sake bursting with Omachi character.
It feels spicy when it is well chilled, but as the temperature rises a little after a while, it becomes sweeter and the flavor profile becomes clearer.
