The much talked about almost total solar eclipse. I was working late but I went out to see it. I was working late but I went out and saw it 🌝🌝It was darker than usual outside😺 It's lighter than the Yamadanishiki I drank last year, and the sweetness is more reserved. The overall impression is gentle. Light and juicy sweetness. I think I prefer the Yamada Nishiki. According to the liquor store we bought it from, they didn't get the quantity they ordered because the allotment was getting smaller. Is it getting more popular than before?

SILVER7 is my favorite of the Yokoyama series, and according to the official SNS, all of the Yokoyama varieties this year are made with extra-grade Yamadanishiki. It has the usual freshness with a touch of gas. I think it is sweeter and juicier than last year. It's like a "Shine Muscat". I went there the day after they arrived and there were only a few left. Oh, it's so good!

It is read as "wagtail wagtail". It is rare new sake brewed in summer. It has strong gas and fresh feeling. It has a unique flavor that I have never tasted elsewhere. It has a sweetness and a good balance. It was a good decision to buy it with a reservation. It has an apple taste. I think it has more semedyne than any other Asakaya I've had. It's much easier to drink after the second day.

When I went to pick up my reserved sake, I was going to buy it if it was in stock, but they were out of stock, so I was only allowed to taste it. The customer asked me to order it for them because they were going to buy in bulk. They sent it to me even though they had no business with me. It is not too sweet and dry. Igano is a brand developed in collaboration with wine importer Motox. It is a terroir that uses local rice and water. I've had it hot at an izakaya, but this is my first time drinking it raw. There is a slight sense of ripeness. Both lightness and density can be seen. I wonder if it is supposed to be drunk in a wine glass. It tastes as if it is intended to be drunk in a wine glass.

This is the first bottle of Risshun morning pressing. I've had Tomikunishiki two years in a row, so I chose a brand I've never had. It has a thick mouthfeel and a fresh feeling. The sharpness is good. Overall, it has a blue impression.

This is a new product that has just been released and is the first of its type in this brewery. There is almost no aroma. The mouthfeel is light, but the taste is like a rich fruit. It has a sweet impression all the way through, so even people who don't like sake can enjoy it. The other sake we tasted was less sweet, but had a strong gassy impression.
