Akitora令和4年 蔵開限定詰 備前雄町100%使用純米大吟醸原酒生酒無濾過 boukenThis is the first time this year for Origuchi Sake Shop. One of the few liquor stores that I know by face. It is a small store, but they carry many famous brands. They don't have a backyard or a warehouse, so all of their stock is on display in the store, so they sell out relatively early. If you go there on weekdays, you will often find that they don't have any.
Brands handled include Saku, Machida Shuzo, Sagata, Omine, Yokoyama, Shichida, Akitora, Minami, Kure, Kiku no Tsukasa, Hakurei, Hokosugi, Shiki, Horaisen, Asakayo, Naraman, and various sake brands from Meimon Shukai.
Fruity and melon-like. Gassy. Fades out with bitterness at the end. Not sweet by any means, but easy to drink and delicious. boukenSmells a little lacquer-y at first. boukenAfter a few days, the lacquer smell kind of disappeared. ヒロやんIt's a shame that there are only a few stores in Kansai that carry this brand. Sugata初すがた おりがらみ純米吟醸原酒生酒無濾過おりがらみ boukenIt is said that Origarami is rare because it seems to have been put out only in the store which is limited by a special order among the Hatsu-sugata.
It's so clear that you can't tell if it's not called "origarami". There is a little lees mixed in. It is slightly sweet and has a strong flavor. It's the kind of taste that soaks in slowly.
The liquor store here had a shipment of Machida Shuzo's local brand, Seiryo's Ordinary Sake Shiboritate, but it was a blink and you'll miss it😿
It's been a few days, but I think it's sweeter than when it was just opened. I think it's a little less sweet than the others.
The liquor store I bought it from said that some places limit one bottle of this sake per person. I've seen the regular Hatsu-sugata, but not this one.

It's lighter than the Yamadanishiki I drank last year, and the sweetness is more reserved. The overall impression is gentle. Light and juicy sweetness. I think I prefer the Yamada Nishiki.
According to the liquor store we bought it from, they didn't get the quantity they ordered because the allotment was getting smaller. Is it getting more popular than before? マナチーI'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's a good idea.

It is not too sweet and dry. It has a refreshing summery feeling. ZakuIMPRESSION Type G 無濾過直汲純米原酒無濾過 boukenIt's gassy and less sweet than M, but has a beautiful citrus fruitiness. The rest is sourness and a bit of bitterness.
