Drinking past, drinking out~. Yome-san caught the announcement of the release of secret sake for Sake Day on Instagram👍! I immediately made a reservation and went 🎵. Comparison of Jikin Next is Junmai Ginjo Tojo Yamadanishiki! This one is definitely more "dayha" than the Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki! The aroma is like juicy ripe apples! On the palate, it is rich, full-bodied, sweet and delicious. The acidity is strong and the bitterness is moderate. In total, it can be categorized as a modern rich wine. ❗️ Tojo Yamadanishiki is definitely stronger in both aroma and taste, and the taste is easy to understand. Tojo is a typical full-bodied sweet-yummy type, while Yoshikawa is a moderate sweet-yummy type. The two areas are only about 20km apart in a straight line, but there is such a difference in taste. ❗️ I was so surprised! The world of sake is very deep. 〜〜〜〜‼️ To be continued
