Drinking past, drinking out~.
Yome-san caught the announcement of the release of secret sake for Sake Day on Instagram👍!
I immediately made a reservation and went 🎵.
Here is the 7th glass!
Sono Kangiku Junmai Daiginjo Ken-Aizan 50 (unfiltered, once-brewed sake)
Aizan, named after the famous local mountain, Kenzan, in honor of Mima City and Awa City in Tokushima Prefecture, where it is produced!
I wonder what Aizan💕 outside of Hyogo Prefecture is like.
Let's see now...
Ale ❓
The aroma is not too strong for a chrysanthemum.
But when you taste it...
I knew it was a chrysanthemum.
You can feel the freshness even though it is fire-roasted.
Then, the rich sweetness and umami of the chrysanthemum spreads in your mouth.
Then, the bitterness appears and sharply finishes...
That's what I'm talking about 👍
It's a Chrysanthemum!
To be continued

Chichi, thank you very much ‼️
I just got this four-pack yesterday 💡.
It's fire-aged but fresh, just like Kangiku ✨.
I'm looking forward to drinking it👍

I love this one so much😍
I want to get a lot of chrysanthemums, but...
I've already bought a lot of them so I'll just have to hold off 😖.

Hi Erin 😃
I know everyone's fridge is packed...
We are in the same situation 😅.
We have to make a good combination of drinking out and drinking at home!
