Drinking past, drinking out~. Yome-san caught the announcement of the release of secret sake for Sake Day on Instagram👍! I immediately made a reservation and went 🎵. We started with a comparison of two Jikin sake! The two are from the Yoshikawa district in Hyogo prefecture, which is famous for its Yamadanishiki, and the Tojo district, which is famous for its Yamada Nishiki, and they are both made to the same specifications (Junmai Ginjo). I'm so excited to make love to you! This Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki has a mild and reserved aroma. The sweetness, umami, bitterness, and acidity are all moderate, and the impression on the palate is that it has a clear finish as a whole. To be continued

Good morning, Haruei Chichi 😃. I drank Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki at home the other day...it was delicious 😋The store explained that Yoshikawa's fields are clayey and rich in flavor, while Tojo's is near a river and lighter, but I guess people feel differently 😌.

Hi Rafa papa 😃 I think you have the exact opposite assessment: ❗️ I guess that proves that I have a stupid tongue after all 🤣.

Hello Haruei Chichi, I have never had "Jikon" yet. ☺️ I happened to read a book and found that this character "Jikon" basically means that in Buddhism, we should cherish "here and now". It means that we only exist at this moment...it is an important time.

Good evening, Mayuko 🌆. Have you never experienced this ❓ Yes, ❗️ It is a premium sake made with the importance of the present ‼️ I would love for you to try it, Mayuko-san! Even if it's just a drink outside first 😊.
