I immediately made a reservation and went 🎵.

Shinmasa Nirvana Kame Spark (low-polished junmai sake made from raw yeast and wooden vat)
This is also a sparkling version of Nirvana Kame🐢!
The quality of the sweetness is clearly different compared to the A-type Spark!
It is characterized by a full-bodied sweetness and a rather strong bitterness 🤗.

I could only purchase either a set of Nirvana Kame Spark and Ecru Spark or a set of No. 6 Spark, so I bought the No. 6. I was curious about the Nirvana tortoise Spark...it would be delicious with a little bitterness.
