Fruity aroma, sweet and juicy like grapes on the palate. It has a fruity aroma and is sweet and tasty on the palate with a juicy, grape-like flavor. It was the sweetest and most delicious of the 6 types we drank that day and my favorite 💕💕.

Continued from yesterday at Eki Marché Osaka Yamanaka Sake Shop First Shimane Prefecture sake✨. Sake rice Yamada-Nishiki, milling ratio 60%, Alc 14 I was curious to try this sake because it was described as a four-stage brewing process in which the sake is brewed in a three-stage brewing process and the raw yeast mother is added before the pressing. Because the sake yeast is naturally cultured, lactic acid bacteria are active and acidity tends to be high. The acidity is a bit high at 2.3, but it is easy to drink and the mouthfeel is clean and easy to drink. It would go well with mackerel simmered in miso or eggplant dengaku.

Also at Yamanaka Sake Shop at Eki Marche First ✨Yago Label✨. Sake rice Jinryoku, Polishing ratio 60%, Alc 13 Pale gold in color with a caramel-like scent. Mature flavor and sweetness on the palate, followed by sourness that makes the tongue a little tingly. The server's description didn't mention the alcohol content or the rice used, so I looked at the product for sale later, but it was very drinkable, which is hard to believe for a sake with an Alc of 13! I was surprised by the prend of new sake and 2 year aged sake. There was no hint of aging or difficulty in drinking, and the umami, sweetness, and acidity came in stages without mixing, so it had a deep taste as if you were drinking three different kinds of sake even though you were taking a sip. It was really a surprisingly delicious sake.

I visited Yamanaka Sake Shop, which ✨opened today✨ at Eki Marché Osaka, directly connected to JR Osaka Station. There are many sake servers lined up in a row, and you can choose your favorite sake and drink it by yourself. You can purchase 3 server coins for 600 yen to use the servers, and each cup is 30ml, which is perfect for me as I like to drink a little bit of everything, and all the sake on the servers are sold in four-pack bottles. In addition to the self-serve server, there is also a counter where you can find drinks and snacks that are only available at the counter. Sake at the counter is priced variously at 60 ml per glass. For now, buy 6 server coins and try the 寫楽🥰, which was ranked No. 1 in a recent ranking of Fukushima sake I saw. It's a junmai sake, but so fruity, clean and refreshing that you wouldn't even know it was a ginjo ✨. I got it at Yamanaka Sake Shop! I was attracted by the tasteful label and brought him home. Thunder has been working part-time since his emergency landing, but he can't seem to save up enough money to return to space. The taste is fresh and a little dry with a sourness. It's been a while since I went to Yamanaka Sake Shop. When I go here, I tend to buy sake that I wouldn't normally buy. I wanted to buy some Oroku, but I didn't this time. The rice is Oyamanishiki and Kitashizuku. It says "beware of explosion" but it didn't blow up at all, which was a bit of a letdown. It has a dry impression with a little bit of sweetness. It has a strong sense of rice. Light and pleasant acidity. I bought it because it was 300ml, but I don't think I would have bought it if it was a 4-ounce bottle...

The expression "He who runs after two hares will not get two hares" is a perfect example of the contradiction of the two opposites. If one side stands up for the other, the other side has to be suppressed. In negative terms, this is called "compromise," but I thought that Ni-Rabbit embodied this conflict to the best of its ability. The sweetness and bitterness, two opposing tastes, are beautifully realized by making them felt at different times. It is an impressive sake.
