Kaiharu was recommended to me by Sake-no-wa AI before. I had passed on it because I had the impression that it was dry and rarely seen, but I found it for sale at Yamanaka Sake store, so I bought it. I heard that it is a sweet sake, which is rare among Kaiharu sake. I heard it is called "Ishi-no-Kanbase" (meaning "stone face"). It's been a while since I went to Yamanaka Sake Shop. When I go here, I tend to buy sake that I wouldn't normally buy. I wanted to buy some Oroku, but I didn't this time. The rice is Oyamanishiki and Kitashizuku. It says "beware of explosion" but it didn't blow up at all, which was a bit of a letdown. It has a dry impression with a little bit of sweetness. It has a strong sense of rice. Light and pleasant acidity. I bought it because it was 300ml, but I don't think I would have bought it if it was a 4-ounce bottle...

This week was long... Friday (tears) after overcoming numerous hardships. It's nice to reward yourself, isn't it? That's why I opened the bottle of Ni-Rabbit that I had been carefully storing! The expression "He who runs after two hares will not get two hares" is a perfect example of the contradiction of the two opposites. If one side stands up for the other, the other side has to be suppressed. In negative terms, this is called "compromise," but I thought that Ni-Rabbit embodied this conflict to the best of its ability. The sweetness and bitterness, two opposing tastes, are beautifully realized by making them felt at different times. It is an impressive sake.

Ishizuchi Junmai Ginjo Green Label Sake from Shikoku and Ehime🚢 every day The state of emergency is finally lifted 😂. According to a native of Ehime, Mt Ishizuchi is the highest mountain in western Japan! I asked him if he wanted to drink with me after the declaration I asked him. Sixty-five Tanaka From a sake brewery located in the "rice field🌾" area, this sake is made from 65% polished Yamada Nishiki rice harvested locally. I like this one😍. It's a straightforward impression of persistence and belief. It reminded me of the straightness of Sasaki Tomohiro who played for the Seattle Mariners⚾️. The aroma is subdued, and when you put it in your mouth, the flavor and bitterness of the rice first spreads in your mouth. The aftertaste is refreshing. It's perfect as a midday drink and I enjoyed it with 🐟 boiled flounder. I would like to drink it warmed up in winter😄.

A total of 10 seasonal limited edition products brewed with different raw material rice. All are bottled unadjusted and unpasteurized. The sixth in the series this season Transparent bottle with a refreshing blue label The raw material rice is "Miyamanishiki". It is a relatively new variety born in 1978.
