Timeline
ヒロやんIt is lower in alcohol than the usual Tanaka Rokuo and is lightly drunk.
ヒロやんSake grown by playing tunes to the mash,...
Quirks of the brewing process aside.
The taste is strong and umami, with a strong flavor of moromi. ヒロやんRight photo, sake from Kumano Town, Hiroshima Prefecture.
We tasted it after hearing that it was a new sake made by a recently appointed toji (master brewer).
It is full of flavor and sweetness.
I would like to drink it with dinner. boukenKaiharu was recommended to me by Sake-no-wa AI before. I had passed on it because I had the impression that it was dry and rarely seen, but I found it for sale at Yamanaka Sake store, so I bought it.
I heard that it is a sweet sake, which is rare among Kaiharu sake. I heard it is called "Ishi-no-Kanbase" (meaning "stone face").
It has a strong acidity, with only a hint of sweetness, and a refreshing sweetness. It is a refreshing sweetness, with a strong acidity.
It is not fruity, but it is sweet and sour and interesting. ゆーへーHello bouken!
You always buy in a wide area of Kansai, how often do you go around?
You are uploading at a pretty fast pace, so I always think it's great 😁. boukenHi Yoohee!
I usually go to various liquor stores on weekends to stock up 🏃.
When I open a bottle, I open two bottles at the same time and drink them at the same time 😅. ゆーへーI see! I envy you, bouken, for being so light on your feet.
I look forward to more reviews☺️. boukenIt's been a while since I went to Yamanaka Sake Shop. When I go here, I tend to buy sake that I wouldn't normally buy. I wanted to buy some Oroku, but I didn't this time.
The rice is Oyamanishiki and Kitashizuku.
It says "beware of explosion" but it didn't blow up at all, which was a bit of a letdown. It has a dry impression with a little bit of sweetness. It has a strong sense of rice. Light and pleasant acidity.
I bought it because it was 300ml, but I don't think I would have bought it if it was a 4-ounce bottle... いーじーThe taste was rich and moderately acidic.
The punchy flavor gradually spread to the palate. みやぞーThis week was long... Friday (tears) after overcoming numerous hardships. It's nice to reward yourself, isn't it?
That's why I opened the bottle of Ni-Rabbit that I had been carefully storing!
The expression "He who runs after two hares will not get two hares" is a perfect example of the contradiction of the two opposites. If one side stands up for the other, the other side has to be suppressed. In negative terms, this is called "compromise," but I thought that Ni-Rabbit embodied this conflict to the best of its ability. The sweetness and bitterness, two opposing tastes, are beautifully realized by making them felt at different times. It is an impressive sake. bonchiTransparent with a yellowish tinge. The aroma is reminiscent of cedar barrels and cheese, with a hint of raisins and kelp tsukudani. The aroma is strong. It has a sweet and sour taste with a strong acidity and a slightly thick mouthfeel. It has a sweet and rich mouthfeel. It has a long aftertaste. A mature sake. bonchiOn the fourth day after opening the bottle, there is a savory aroma reminiscent of baked rice cakes. There is no substitute for a rich mouthfeel. bonchiAlmost colorless and transparent. Fruity aroma reminiscent of apples. The intensity of the aroma is moderate. The mouthfeel is smooth and flat. When tasted well in the mouth, the aroma is also apple-like. After a long time, a strong astringent taste appears and a yogurt-like aftertaste continues. The aftertaste is a little long. It is a full-flavored sake. bonchiBrilliant, colourless and transparent. It has a fruity nose reminiscent of lychees and grapes, combined with an alcoholic odor. The nose is intense. The mouthfeel is fresh and smooth. It has a slightly smoky aroma reminiscent of smoked fish. After a while, a strong bitterness spreads. The aftertaste is sharp and short. It is scented sake. Ishizuchi Junmai Ginjo Green Label
Sake from Shikoku and Ehime🚢 every day
The state of emergency is finally lifted 😂.
According to a native of Ehime, Mt Ishizuchi is the highest mountain in western Japan!
I asked him if he wanted to drink with me after the declaration I asked him.
I asked him if he'd like to have a drink with me after the declaration, but he said "I drank it a long time ago, so I'd rather drink something else 🤪"...
Then I'll open it before the declaration 🍾✨.
The moment I put it in my mouth, I was like, "What? 🙄
It has a unique taste😵💫
The sweetness is strong and the slight acidity hides in the back🙈.
Before the acidity shows up, the bitterness appears 🤤.
The sweetness that lingers is like syrup 🍭
I wonder if it's a characteristic of the rice it's made from⁉️
It was a strange sensation to drink for the first time😅. bonchiClear and colorless. Aroma reminiscent of yogurt, with a slightly nasal aroma reminiscent of alcohol and grated radish. The intensity of the aroma is moderate. The mouthfeel is smooth. After a while, a heavy sourness and bitterness rushes in, giving it a so-called dry taste. It is a full-bodied sake. Rafa papa

It's like the masked ball of the boy band
Younger people might not understand⁉️ 遥瑛チチRafa papa, good evening here too♪
I've not been drinking Iso-banji lately...
I need to drink more sake from the Tokai region too😅.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to do it.
Rafa papaEiichi Haruka, good evening again 🤣

A slightly spicy aroma derived from grains also peeks through. It has a smooth mouthfeel with gentle sweetness and mild acidity. It has a tangy sourness and bitterness with a short aftertaste. A refreshing sake. Rafa papaSixty-five Tanaka
From a sake brewery located in the "rice field🌾" area, this sake is made from 65% polished Yamada Nishiki rice harvested locally.
I like this one😍.
It's a straightforward impression of persistence and belief.
It reminded me of the straightness of Sasaki Tomohiro who played for the Seattle Mariners⚾️.
The aroma is subdued, and when you put it in your mouth, the flavor and bitterness of the rice first spreads in your mouth.
The aftertaste is refreshing.
It's perfect as a midday drink and I enjoyed it with 🐟 boiled flounder.
I would like to drink it warmed up in winter😄. Rafa papa
Takachiyo59 Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki Nama Genshu
Opened the bottle yesterday.
The moment you open it, you can smell a rich sweet aroma.
When you take a sip...
It's so sweet!
It's like melon juice !
It has a slight aftertaste of acid and bitterness.
The old man who has been drinking Danrei dry for years might not like it😅.
I'll try again today💪
It's so good⁉️
It's a good balance of sourness and bitterness that was hidden yesterday.
I can't believe it changed so much in one day.
Interesting😁.
I bought a bottle of this so I'm looking forward to the future.
