Rich aroma.
Mild flavor typical of junmai sake.
I felt a slight sourness at the beginning of drinking, but it disappeared when I ate it with fried chicken, and it became a pleasant taste on the palate.
Not only Akitora, but other sake from Kochi seem to focus on dry, junmai sake.
