Ishizuchi Junmai Ginjo Green Label
Sake from Shikoku and Ehime🚢 every day
The state of emergency is finally lifted 😂.
According to a native of Ehime, Mt Ishizuchi is the highest mountain in western Japan!
I asked him if he wanted to drink with me after the declaration I asked him.
I asked him if he'd like to have a drink with me after the declaration, but he said "I drank it a long time ago, so I'd rather drink something else 🤪"...
Then I'll open it before the declaration 🍾✨.
The moment I put it in my mouth, I was like, "What? 🙄
It has a unique taste😵💫
The sweetness is strong and the slight acidity hides in the back🙈.
Before the acidity shows up, the bitterness appears 🤤.
The sweetness that lingers is like syrup 🍭
I wonder if it's a characteristic of the rice it's made from⁉️
It was a strange sensation to drink for the first time😅. bonchiClear and colorless. Aroma reminiscent of yogurt, with a slightly nasal aroma reminiscent of alcohol and grated radish. The intensity of the aroma is moderate. The mouthfeel is smooth. After a while, a heavy sourness and bitterness rushes in, giving it a so-called dry taste. It is a full-bodied sake. Rafa papa
Isohaman Special Honjozo Secret Cold Brewing
This is a bad ❗️️ dangerous sake⚠️
It has a clean and crisp taste.
It has a fresh and clean taste💧
You can drink it like water and your cup will last forever 🌀
The best of Honjozo👍
I'm not sure if this is a good idea
I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not.
It's the best of both worlds!
I'm not sure what to make of it.
It's like the masked ball of the boy band
Younger people might not understand⁉️ 遥瑛チチRafa papa, good evening here too♪
I've not been drinking Iso-banji lately...
I need to drink more sake from the Tokai region too😅.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to do it.
Rafa papaEiichi Haruka, good evening again 🤣
It's my first time drinking Isoban.
It's not a modern sake, but
I understood that there is a strong popularity🥰
Like a boy's troop, the sake 🍶
I'll make love to you! 遥瑛チチRafa papa, are you from the same generation by any chance⁉️?
I'll make love to you when I wake up Rafa papaWake up fire, I love you to death, I'll make love to you
Shake it up, demonic rhythm~️. 遥瑛チチEcstasy. Ecstasy with me.
Good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good. Oroku純米吟醸酒 限定 山田五十生原酒 2019 芦部 聡Tonight's second bottle is Junmai Ginjo 2019, served with Tuna Yamakake, grilled shiitake mushroom with soy sauce, and Thai style Japanese dish with thick fried tofu and pak choi. It goes well with all of them. It's a good sake for all kinds of dishes. 芦部 聡300ml, 2-gallon bottle. Slightly fizzy. bonchiClear and colorless. Aroma reminiscent of yogurt. It has a strong aroma. A slightly spicy aroma derived from grains also peeks through. It has a smooth mouthfeel with gentle sweetness and mild acidity. It has a tangy sourness and bitterness with a short aftertaste. A refreshing sake. Rafa papaSixty-five Tanaka
From a sake brewery located in the "rice field🌾" area, this sake is made from 65% polished Yamada Nishiki rice harvested locally.
I like this one😍.
It's a straightforward impression of persistence and belief.
It reminded me of the straightness of Sasaki Tomohiro who played for the Seattle Mariners⚾️.
The aroma is subdued, and when you put it in your mouth, the flavor and bitterness of the rice first spreads in your mouth.
The aftertaste is refreshing.
It's perfect as a midday drink and I enjoyed it with 🐟 boiled flounder.
I would like to drink it warmed up in winter😄. Rafa papa
Takachiyo59 Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki Nama Genshu
Opened the bottle yesterday.
The moment you open it, you can smell a rich sweet aroma.
When you take a sip...
It's so sweet!
It's like melon juice !
It has a slight aftertaste of acid and bitterness.
The old man who has been drinking Danrei dry for years might not like it😅.
I'll try again today💪
It's so good⁉️
It's a good balance of sourness and bitterness that was hidden yesterday.
I can't believe it changed so much in one day.
Interesting😁.
I bought a bottle of this so I'm looking forward to the future.

Widely grown in the Tohoku region 0081It's highly regarded as a sake for eating, but it's also delicious on its own!
I took a break from sake for a while, but it's still delicious. bonchiAlmost colorless. Slightly aged aroma with hints of raisins. The intensity of the aroma is a little strong. The palate is relatively smooth and mildly sweet. Astringency soon becomes noticeable, followed by a slight bitterness and a delicious taste. There is a medium length finish. A full-bodied sake. bonchiWhen I heated it up on the fifth day after opening the bottle, it had the same raisin-like aroma and overtones, but the astringency was emphasized. bonchiAlmost colorless. Fruity, slightly heavy and sweet aroma reminiscent of grapes. Mild and sweet mouthfeel. It has a mild acidity. It has a slightly rich mouthfeel with a persistent astringency and a delicious flavor. It has a medium length finish. It is both a fragrant and mellow sake. bonchiFive days after opening the bottle, the characteristics remain almost the same even when it is heated. It has a stable mouthfeel. bonchiCloudy and lightly muddy. Slight foaming. Mildly sweet aroma reminiscent of a lactic acid bacteria drink. The strength of the aroma is moderate. On the palate, it has a refreshing sourness with a touch of fizz. The astringent taste is followed by a slight bitterness, and the flavor that lingers spreads. The aftertaste is moderate. It is both a refreshing and mellow sake. bonchiFive days after opening the bottle, I warmed it up and it had a citrusy nose and a hint of citrus. Not bad. bonchiBrilliant, colourless and transparent. Slightly fruity nose with hints of citrus. The intensity of the aroma is moderate. The mouthfeel is relatively smooth and mildly sweet. The mouthfeel is almost flat. The astringency spreads gently in the second half. It has a short aftertaste. Kaoru sake. bonchiOn the fifth day after opening the bottle, when it was heated, a slight astringency was emphasized in the mouthfeel. bonchiBrilliant, colourless and transparent. Fruity aroma with hints of muscat. The intensity of the aroma is rather strong. The mouthfeel is mildly sweet. After a while, the sweet and sour juicy flavor spreads in the mouth. Slightly rich mouthfeel. It has a medium length finish. It is a fragrant and mellow sake. bonchiAfter 5 days of opening the bottle, I heated it up and it still has a pleasantly acidic and rich mouthfeel. bonchiOn the 25th day after opening the bottle (I've been buying a lot of bottles lately, so I've been playing around with a lot of things, and the consumption per bottle has been slow), I tasted it again. It is rich, but gently sweet and not overpowering. The mild acidity accentuates the elegant umami taste. boukenIt's dry and grassy. It seems to be easy to use, but it is quite peculiar. boukenIt's the first time I've had Keisaku at home. Banana-like. At the moment, the gasiness is impressive. The flavor of the rice is condensed. Bitterness is strong. Nito五十五 出羽燦々 直汲み うすにごり純米吟醸原酒生酒無濾過 boukenI've heard of it's reputation but this is my first time drinking it. It has a rich, juicy, sweet flavor. The bitter taste at the end is an accent. I want to try many other Futaba. boukenI've had it both at home and out, but never on draft. It's juicier than I expected and a little fizzy. Just the right amount of sweetness and no unpleasant nuances. It's well balanced. I wasn't expecting much, but I think I like it better than the Tasake Usu Nigori. boukenAfter all, it's the rice wine that's easy to drink. boukenIt's refreshing but has a strong sweetness to it. It's light, but I like it. It's straight from the pump, so it's probably unfiltered, but it's refreshing and I wonder if it's been watered down. boukenI prefer it to the goose that I drank at about the same time RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
