It's the first time I've had Keisaku at home. Banana-like. At the moment, the gasiness is impressive. The flavor of the rice is condensed. Bitterness is strong.

I've heard of it's reputation but this is my first time drinking it. It has a rich, juicy, sweet flavor. The bitter taste at the end is an accent. I want to try many other Futaba.

I've had it both at home and out, but never on draft. It's juicier than I expected and a little fizzy. Just the right amount of sweetness and no unpleasant nuances. It's well balanced. I wasn't expecting much, but I think I like it better than the Tasake Usu Nigori.

It's refreshing but has a strong sweetness to it. It's light, but I like it. It's straight from the pump, so it's probably unfiltered, but it's refreshing and I wonder if it's been watered down.

Colorless and transparent. A fruity aroma reminiscent of pineapple and a sweet aroma reminiscent of cocoa. Sweet and sour texture with a foamy feeling. It has a full-bodied mouthfeel. Astringency and bitterness linger in the aftertaste. High quality sake.

Clear golden color. Slightly nose of cottage cheese and rice straw. The nose is intense. The mouthfeel is smooth, sweet and thick. The taste is rich and full-bodied. It has a massive acidity. It has a medium length of aftertaste. High quality sake.

Two in a row. Strongly acidic and tasty. If you only drink the supernumerary, it's pretty sharp. Mix it up and drink it a little mellower. Good sound when opening the bottle Sentry World in full swing!

Normally, Hayashi only serves 1-square-bottle bottles, but this seems to be a limited edition of 500 bottles to commemorate a prize in a competition. I heard it might be the first and last time they serve it. You can feel the sweetness and flavor of the rice in this sake. The specs are not disclosed, but I'm interested in the rice.

It's not the Tanabata Festival or the seventh day of the month, but a normal day to open a bottle. It was past the seventh day of the seventh month when I bought it in the first place. The acidity is so strong that it leaves a lasting flavor. It's like a white wine. It's 7% alcohol by volume, so it's light on the palate Amazons are good, but this is a new experience for me. Delicious.

It's a sake that's been aged in a wooden vat at room temperature. There is a slight wood vat aroma, but I don't mind it too much. The flavor of the rice is unbelievable. It's probably better for warming up than cold sake. By the way, it seems that the Park is an original Yamanaka Sake shop product.

Not sweet, not sweet, but refreshingly sweet. It's sour, too, which may have been pulled by word-of-mouth, but it's got a pineapple feel to it. A dangerous one that you can really drink up like a juice.
