It's a summer drink that goes in easily. boukenNormally, Hayashi only serves 1-square-bottle bottles, but this seems to be a limited edition of 500 bottles to commemorate a prize in a competition. I heard it might be the first and last time they serve it. You can feel the sweetness and flavor of the rice in this sake.
