Memorandum Sake rice Banshu Aiyama Rice polishing ratio 44 Sweet fruity. Clear and gentle sweetness on the palate. The lingering aftertaste is a bit bitter, but it is clean and elegant from start to finish. The feeling through the nose is gentle and gorgeous. Quite delicious.

Memorandum Sake rice Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 50%. Sweet and juicy on the palate. The aftertaste is strong sweetness to moderate acidity and a hint of bitterness. It is quite sweet like a noble sake, but I like it. Quite delicious.

Memorandum Sake rice Domaine Sakura - Yamadanishiki 80% Domaine Sakura - Kame-no-o 20% Polishing ratio 90 Sweet and sour on the palate. The lingering aftertaste is lemon-like with a hint of bitterness, but it is refreshing. It is a perfect description of a lemon squash for adults. It is very drinkable. I prefer it to Beetle. It's quite tasty and I like it.

Memorandum Sake rice: Dewa Tsanzan Rice polishing ratio 55 Sweet juicy and fruity. It is refreshing, but the lingering taste is slightly bitter like chocolate. Quite delicious. It is one of my favorites among the recent ones.

Memorandum Sake rice Gohyakumangoku Polishing ratio 50%. Dry and umami. A little sweetness in the middle, with a slight bitterness and a slight sourness in the aftertaste. There is a lingering aftertaste of umami. It may be the first time that I thought it was well-balanced and tasty, even though it has a dry mouthfeel. I bought it because the jacket looked like Eva's. It was unexpectedly dry, but I liked it a lot. Tasty. I bought it because of the jacket. On the second day after opening the bottle, the aroma was alcoholic, but the corners were removed and it was sweet and juicy. The aftertaste is like raisins.

The aftertaste is clean and refreshing with almost no bitterness. The aftertaste is clean and crisp with almost no bitterness. Delicious.

Memorandum Sake rice: 80% Domaine Sakura Omachi, 20% Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio Koji rice: 50% Yamadanishiki, Kake rice: 60% Yumachi It is sweet and sour and much lighter. The fruity aroma when it enters the mouth is muscat and lychee-like, and it is quite easy to drink. The aftertaste is also quite refreshing without bitterness. It is hard to describe, but it feels like after eating some kind of fruit.

Memorandum Looking back at the past Sake rice Unknown Polishing ratio 50%. It seems to be quite habitual. Spicy? Slightly dry with a hint of sweetness. Shuwashuwa type. Strange. From the beginning, it's sweet and bitter, a bit greenish, but I don't dislike it, in other words, it's unique. After a week after opening, the sweetness becomes more pronounced and the spiciness becomes milder. The uniqueness is still there. I think there are some foreign fruits that taste like this.

Good balance of sweetness and acidity. The acidity is especially pleasant. Also, the aroma that leaves after drinking is wonderful. I paired it with tonight's menu, Yokkaichi tonteki (pork tenderloin), meat and potatoes, Mugen green peppers, and sakataki cream cheese, and I think it is an excellent sake that complements all dishes.

The first impression immediately after opening the package is fruity and gorgeous. Then comes a distinct sweetness and a slightly subdued acidity, and finally a hint of bitterness. I paired it with tonight's menu, grilled chicken with onion sauce. It went well with this dish, but next time, I would like to try it with something dry and savor it with sake as a main course. I also tried it in a wine glass, but I felt that it was less sake-like and more fruity and gorgeous.

My son returned home on a business trip and I opened a bottle of Tasake. First, there was a refreshing sweetness and the umami of rice. After that, there is a slight sourness and bitterness. I paired it with tonight's menu: grilled pork, sashimi of sea bream, unlimited green bell pepper, potato salad, thunder konnyaku, and cooked beans. It is a good sake that goes well with all dishes.

My wife and I went to the liquor store together and she said she wanted nigori sake, so we bought it as her choice. The bottle is wrapped in non-woven cloth and looks luxurious. The taste is quite dry. It has a clean acidity and a slight bitterness. I paired it with tonight's menu, sesame soy milk hot pot, and I think it is a good sake that does not interfere with the meal.

I went to the store on the day of arrival but couldn't buy the snowman ⛄️ I ordered it because it was in the lineup! It tastes like yogurt or lactobacillus drink, and it was like the adult Calpis that is often commented on! Not too sweet and the label is cute and nice👍
