It's been a while since I went to Yamanaka Sake Shop. When I go here, I tend to buy sake that I wouldn't normally buy. I wanted to buy some Oroku, but I didn't this time.
The rice is Oyamanishiki and Kitashizuku.
It says "beware of explosion" but it didn't blow up at all, which was a bit of a letdown. It has a dry impression with a little bit of sweetness. It has a strong sense of rice. Light and pleasant acidity.
I bought it because it was 300ml, but I don't think I would have bought it if it was a 4-ounce bottle...
