First issue. Cold sake. Aroma of white bean flour and sweet fruit compote. It has a mild impression with a gentle acidity. There is a hint of astringency characteristic of Noto sake. When heated, it has a gentle umami flavor. Ideal as a food sake.

Purchased at a liquor store Since it was mentioned in a previous dancyu PB sake in case you are interested Cold sake. Aroma of dried fruits and honey-like sweetness. Not too much alcohol even though it's a pure sake. High alcohol content, but round and easy to drink without ice Mature but still light. When heated up, it has aroma of chestnuts and acorns.

Memorandum Sake rice Manzai Polishing ratio 70%. The mouthfeel is moderately sweet to umami. The aftertaste has a good acidity and a good astringency. The balance of sweetness, umami, and astringency is very good.

It was my first Kuroryu event, and there was no way I could miss it, as I was hooked on Kuroryu Jungin! So I got in line before the event started. All of them were delicious! It would be a bit violent if I close with Junmai Ginjo Ichigyorai Sukkiri Daiginjo Crystal Dragon Jungin + Slightly sweet Daiginjo Even more refreshingly clean Daiginjo SHIZUKU HONO-UMI Sukkiri My wife's side had Kutouryu Hyoyashi, Kijoshu, and Daiginjo Nigori, which were also delicious, with refreshing acidity, refreshing light sweetness, and refreshing clear acidity, respectively. I was on a trip but had time until errands, so I hurriedly went to Hanami Sake! We were able to stock up fruitfully at a liquor store that also sells sake by weight! I chose Ishizuchi for my first hanami sake! Because it uses flower yeast? It is fragrant and has a classic, orthodox sweet taste! It went well with Hanami!

Memorandum Ingredients Sake lees Alcohol content 30 It is not sake, but when I went to buy sake, I found Tasake's shochu and bought it without a second thought. I am not good at shochu and don't drink it that much, but it was a little different from the image I had imagined. I don't dislike it, but both with water and hot water, the feeling that goes through the nose is like the sake. The taste and the aftertaste are also quite spiky and chemical. By the way, I like pakuchi. If it's shochu, I personally prefer Daiyame.

Is this Junmai standard? It was so delicious. It was sour-sweet and cherry-like. There was an all-you-can-drink event for 1 hour for 1,500 yen, and after the Asano Sake Shop Daishichi Fair, I went to try it out and found that there were surprisingly few participants, so I was easily able to get into the next time slot. This is the most memorable bottle among the many I received.

When drunk cold, it has a slight sweetness, mild astringency and acidity on the palate. The entrance has a refreshing impression. The aroma is slightly smoky and woody. The aftertaste is a unique astringency and acidity. Quite to my liking. We were told that heating it up is also recommended. Next time, I'll try it warmed.
