I learned about this sake from Pon-chan who told me that Kintora Sake Brewery was coming to Isetan. Thank you very much 🤗
It is a low alcohol sake using white malted rice.
It is sweet, sour, bitter and wine-like. I was surprised that it was more sour than I expected.
I guess it's like adding more sourness and subtracting sweetness from the apple of the rainfall.
This sourness makes it a perverted wine 🤣.
Good morning, bouken 😀
As expected, Sake-no-wa's research and information network is amazing 😀.
I'm very curious to know what kind of alcohol makes you say "perverted alcohol" 🤣.
Good morning, Yasbaye ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
Indeed, your information network is great 😊.
I didn't know about the Mie Prefecture event in Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Arcade unless you told me about it 😁.
Hi bouken 🐦.
You drank it 😁I wonder if it's even more sour when it's freshly opened🤔The tasting was definitely sour, but not as much as it should have been...
I went to check and this one was sold out too💦.
Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi😃
I thought it was a standout among the sake made with white malted rice in terms of its perversity🤣I thought of Nemuchi's face the moment I drank it🤣.
Good evening, Ponchan 😃
I thought there was some lees in the bottom of the bottle, so I mixed it and drank it, it seemed to soften the acidity a little 🤔.
Too bad it's sold out 😢I guess I'll have to buy a packet because the label is unique 🤔.
Kanatora Sake Brewery came to Kyoto Isetan for tasting and selling and I couldn't go during the period, but they had it 😊.
This is the first time for them to open an event outside of Aichi.
Surprised to find a sake brewery in a town like Ohsone 😳.
Bantelin Dome is close by too ⚾.
According to an interview with the brewery, the brewing water is filtered tap water.
Torahane is a brand for distributors and department stores.
The rice is Yumesansui. Less fizzy than expected. It is fresh, sweet and sour. It is light, but the alcohol content is high, so be careful not to drink too much.
It has a disinfectant-like flavor, but I thought it might be the smell from the bottle cleaning process, but I wonder if it comes from the yeast.
Good evening, bouken🦉.
Here's a standard type of sake that I wanted to drink but couldn't sample😊👍I'm curious about the disinfectant-like flavor 🤔 Was there any white yeast?
Good evening, Ponchan 😊.
They didn't have the pink liqueur, so I bought this one 😁 Oh, they also had the white yeast rice one, so I brought it home with me 👍.
I tasted sake at Isetan Kyoto.
I was about to buy it because it was so good, but I was told that they had just opened a bottle of good sake. I was about to leave when I heard that they had just opened a bottle of good sake.
Daiginjo tobin-tori is very attractive, isn't it?
It was gorgeous, but had a calm and luxurious feel to it.
bouken-san, I buy Tomiou every year at the end of December through 🎾 coach, but I can't afford the "Daiginjo To-bottori" (the price has gone up even more😳) My husband was very happy with it at a tasting I couldn't attend 😢 a few years ago!
Hello non non 🌦.
I see the price has gone up from before 😳
I probably wouldn't buy it for myself 🤣 but it was delicious 😋.
I couldn't help but say to the brewer, "This is a very good sake! I said 😉.
Hi bouken😊Fuou has become quite a tasty image for me after drinking it at the last Japanese sake festival 😋The high quality sake here is not so easy for me... 😅
Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi😃.
I remember the raw version of Tanshu Yamadanishiki that Nemuchi-san was drinking was delicious with a modern taste 😋.
Even if I were to buy a high quality sake, I wouldn't choose this one 😅 although it's delicious 🤔.
Tomio-san was at Isetan Kyoto and I tasted and bought it.
The brewing number is different, so the lot is different, but I was curious about it because non non-san had tasted it before.
It was described as dry at the store, but it was quite fruity and sweet. Slightly effervescent. It has banana and a little bit of cemedine.
Hi Pon 😃
I dropped by Isetan the last day I bought Morinokuma-san 😊.
I had a taste of Tanshu Yamadanishiki before and it tasted like it was made in the modern style 🤗.
Drinking at home🎶.
I somehow wanted to drink Otters so I bought some at JR Kyoto Isetan 😁.
Isetan's sake department has a large selection of mainly Kyoto sake!
The Otters are consistently delicious 😁 40% and 50% 😰.
Good morning, Pon-chan 😃 I went to visit a temple in Shiga Prefecture 🙏 🚃 I stopped by on the way back! Isetan is full of tourists! There was a huge line for 551 and Mar Blanche 😱.
Good morning T.KISO 😃It was a steady good taste! I can see why my sake-loving friends were looking for Otter, Otter, Otter before I even started drinking sake 😁.
Good morning, Ao-chan. 👋😃☀️
The last time I went to Kyoto, I bought some Ajari rice cakes and kompeito, but after I left, I regretted that I should have seen the sake in the basement of the department store. 😞💦 I will definitely take a look next time 😉.
Good morning, Shive 😃.
So you bought ajarashi and kompeito!
Ajarashi rice cakes are very popular and delicious 😁.
Isetan has a lot of Kyoto sake, but they also have popular brands from all over Japan! Please visit 👌!
I've been curious about this Kubota for a while.
I was worried about buying a 4 gou bottle, so I was grateful for the 300ml 😊.
It is gorgeous and fruity. It has a light sweet taste at the beginning and a trace of spiciness in the latter half. Unlike the previous products, it seems to be very modernized.
It is a bit spicy if you drink it after Naruto Tai, but I think it is sweeter than other Kubota's. I have the impression that it is based on the light, dry base. However, the basic impression is that it is based on a light and dry base.
Hiraccio, good evening😊.
I certainly wouldn't actively choose Kubota 😅.
I've bought Manju for New Year's before, but personally I found the taste of Black Label more satisfying 😋.
I have always wanted to drink this sake, but I happened to drop by Isetan Kyoto and found it there.
I found it at Kyoto Isetan by chance. I am sure that the trademark is owned by Hana Hato, so they can't call themselves Kijoshu without permission.
This is the first time I have heard of Koimomiji rice. It seems to be edible rice.
It has a very rich sweet taste. This flavor goes well with meat. It's easy to drink because of the sizzle, but it's quite high in alcohol content.... Personally, it is the best nigori sake. It went well with roast chicken.
It's different from Snowball and Hirotogawa, though. This is a kijoshu, and the sweetness is not too much.
Hello bouken ☀️
I'd love to try the best of this nigori sake, i like sweet! Isetan is not to be underestimated 😆 I hope to go there before the new year 🎶.
Hi takeshon 😁.
I'm not sure if I can compare it to nigori sake because it's a different type from the standard nigori sake 😅It's delicious, but the thick sweetness and nigori slurp didn't really give me the feeling of drinking sake 😋.
Hi Pon-chan 😊
It was the end of the year and the sake department at Isetan was so crowded that I tried to go through without buying it, but then I saw this ❗I got in line and bought it 😁.
It looks like they sell it, but they don't sell it very often 😅.
Pon-chan told me it was sold at Isetan, so I went to buy it.
Taga is the largest sake brewery in Shiga Prefecture (10,000 koku as of the time before Corona).
The rice is Iimai no Autumn Poem. This is the first time I have heard of this rice. It is fresh, light, and gently sweet. I think it is a food sake type that goes well with meals.
The hardness of the brewing water on the back label is unusual.
Good evening, bouken🌙
I'm curious about this series, so your review was very informative 🙏 It's sweet enough to be good while eating! I've eaten some of the fall poems, but haven't experienced the alcohol 😳️‼️.
Pon-chan, good evening 😀
I felt a nuance like instrument Masamune, which is less gassy 🤗It's rice from Shiga and you've had it ❗Mizukagami is often seen, but I've never seen Autumn Poem for sale 🥺.
I bought a 300ml of Kouko because I thought it was unusual. Fresh, tangy and gassy, like a fresh sake. Gorgeous apple and pineapple flavors. Juicy, sweet and tasty with a trace of bitterness.
Good morning bouken😃
I know you like Kouko 😊 I seem to be drinking at a pretty good pace... 😁 I haven't had it yet and would like to bring it home when I see it 🤣.
Good morning, Rafa!
Koshi was the one that got me hooked on sake. I was shocked at the time because it was the first time I had ever had a gassy sake 😲I have the impression that you see it more often at department stores and liquor stores in town than at famous local sake shops 😊.
Good morning, Pon-chan 😀
I found it on the shelf where all the small bottles are. I almost passed it by, but then I thought 🤔 I've never had it 🤗 and took it home with me.
As the name suggests, it is dry and crisp. But it is not plain, and the flavor of the rice spreads.
Most of the sake I've tasted in this area in the past has been light and dry, and I've always had a bad feeling about it, but this is good.
It was excellent with sashimi of squid and horse mackerel that my father caught.
According to the brewer, jusui jikomi is a brewing method that was used in the Edo period. It is a method of brewing in a thicker state using less water than today.
The koji rice is Yamadanishiki and the Kake rice is Ginbukiyuki.
The sake strength is -4.
It is indeed sweet, but it has a good acidity and a beautiful balance.
It is both dense and refreshing.
You can drink it as much as you want.
I also like Mifukyu.
I bought it because I was attracted by the label and Yamahai Nigori.
It smells like yogurt. I was going to drink only the supernatant first, but I shook it before drinking, so it looks like drinking yogurt.
It has a slight roughness.
The sweetness is almost nonexistent and the acidity is strong.
But that's good.
As the name "Summer Nigori" suggests, it is a refreshing and crisp nigori sake.
I'd like to warm it up, but I'm afraid it'll be gone before I know it.
Postscript
Second day after opening the bottle
It's even cleaner and drier.
Even if you warm it up to just above human skin, the sharpness remains the same.
However, as the temperature rises, you can feel the sweetness of the rice.
I like Shichida and bought this one because it was brewed in 2008.
I took a sip and was surprised.
The sweetness was only in the mouthfeel, and then it was full-bodied, and the sourness and bitterness killed it.
I didn't like it.
The nama-shu I drank before was the best.
I'm looking forward to the next Nanada in the fridge.
I was attracted by the Yamahai raw sake and bought it.
The mouthfeel is melon-like, but the acidity and umami bring it together nicely and crisply.
It goes well with strong food.
I like it very much.
With all due respect, it's a sake from a brewery I don't know at all. I found it at Isetan.
Overall, it has a classic taste with an accent of acidity. It's easier to drink than I thought it would be. Is it called "Nakaguchi"?
It may have been well managed on the sales floor, but even though it was made in July of last year, it hasn't aged at all.
The only place I can think of that uses Nojoho is Okutanba. The overall impression is gentle and the taste comes slowly. It looks like wood, grass, or herb. It also has a classy atmosphere. The sake here is not my favorite, but when I find it, I buy it for some reason.
It's supposed to be quite dry, but it has a freshness and a trace of sweetness. Then the spiciness comes at once. I thought it might not be my favorite type, but it was delicious. Koiku 54 is the code name of Gin no Yume when it was developed. There is a little bit of gas. The acidity is also good.
I've seen this sake at a supermarket in Fukuchiyama, but I've never seen it anywhere else. It was in the Kyoto Isetan. Is it a little sweet? It feels a little mature. Ayane is the name of the brewer's daughter, and it used to be a minus-sweet brew, but they're making it dry now because she's rebellious.
