I tasted sake at Isetan Kyoto.
I was about to buy it because it was so good, but I was told that they had just opened a bottle of good sake. I was about to leave when I heard that they had just opened a bottle of good sake.
Daiginjo tobin-tori is very attractive, isn't it?
It was gorgeous, but had a calm and luxurious feel to it.

bouken-san, I buy Tomiou every year at the end of December through 🎾 coach, but I can't afford the "Daiginjo To-bottori" (the price has gone up even more😳) My husband was very happy with it at a tasting I couldn't attend 😢 a few years ago!

I remember the raw version of Tanshu Yamadanishiki that Nemuchi-san was drinking was delicious with a modern taste 😋.
Even if I were to buy a high quality sake, I wouldn't choose this one 😅 although it's delicious 🤔.
