The other day, I got in trouble with Aladdin-san and bouken-san by saying I didn't know where I bought Asamei-san, but it turned out I bought it at Hata Sake Shop and I got a new Asamei-san 😀 😀 Today's sake is Asamei-san's Ken-nin Blowout Beware! Today's sake is Asamei's Kenmei Beware of Swallow Beware of Blowout 😀. This sake comes in a special plastic bottle 🤣! The amount of lees is half of the bottle 🤣. After about 5 minutes of struggling with the plastic cap, I managed to open the bottle with minimal blowout 😀. It looks like a sweet sake, but this sake has the atmosphere of a sweet sake with a strong alcohol taste 😀. It was a delightful sake, just as it looks😇

Otani's performance is amazing every single day 😇 I came home from work today and had a good time drinking while watching Otani's activities 😇. By the way, I'll be working during this 3 consecutive weekends to attend the facility renovation 😅. Next Saturday, I have to work as a tour guide for a big guy who is coming to visit the facility...12 consecutive days of work 😅. A 65 year old man has a tough job 🙅‍♂️ While I was complaining about this, I had a cup of Nozomu's challenge sake today 😀 Delicious.... Delicious...as expected from Nozomu-san 😀. At first there were only nuances of American cherries, but then bananas came at the end 😀. It's not just a sweet fruity sensation, the fruit is present in a very robust sake flavor 😀. Still I have a week of work ahead of me, but I'm sure I'll be able to do my best with a good drink 😇.

Last time, on September 15, we had a very nice party 😀. It was a big drinking party with my sakewa friends in Kansai, bringing their own sake 😀. Everyone brought their own sake, which I usually can't drink even if I want to, so I was drinking with more enthusiasm than usual... As a result, I was completely dead the next day and couldn't move, and I was so drunk that I didn't feel like drinking sake at all for 2 days 😅. This was my first experience with sake 🤣. Today I've recovered a bit, so I opened a bottle of Kraft Sake to get used to my body 😅. The other day, bouken told me that Sake-no-wa even covers craft saké, so I typed it in and it came up correctly😇. I was surprised to see that you have such a great coverage 😀. Today I got a pear 😀. The fruitiness is so strong that Kaorin said it was not sake as she always says 😇. It was a delicious drink with the fruitiness as it was, but when I added a little soda water to it, it became a strong fruit sake and was very tasty😇. It was a good rehabilitation and I will be able to go back to drinking regular sake from tomorrow😇.

Today is Kaorin's?7th birthday😇. Thank you all for imagining today's sake when I reported yesterday that we opened a bottle of Jikin no Omachi Hi-ire at the eve of the festival 🙇. This year is an Olympic year, and since it is right between the Olympics and Paralympics, I had decided on this one 🥇🐢😇. Just being alive and well is a gold medal 😇. My first Shinshu Kamerei Kinkame had a deep and clear aroma and a very deep taste to match😇. Compared to this sake, Jikin is even more impressive with its gorgeousness only emphasized in reverse 😇. Comparing the two sakes makes them stand out from each other😇. But I guess that's because they are both sakes with great potential😊.

㊗️Sake Duploma first test passed ㊗️ sakewa back in business It's been a while 😀 I'm back at Sake-no-Wawa on July 28th without any problems 😇. Since I started Sake-no-wa, I realized my lack of knowledge about Sake and decided to study 😅. I decided to get either a sake taster or a sake diploma, and since I have a sake certificate, I decided not to do the sake taster which is in the same family, but to try the sake diploma 😇. I always read and write comments on sakewa during my commute to work, but I held off for a month and used that time to study and today I passed the first exam without a hitch😇. The only way to pass the second test is to drink, so I guess I can drink a lot without worrying 🤣. So I opened a bottle of Ginkame today to celebrate 🎊 If you want to become a sake diploma, you have to write a proper comment on the taste, but anyway, Gin🐢 is very tasty😇. I had opened a bottle of Sairai Buspar, which was opened earlier, and Akirika's Aragoshi Nama Sake and Chushingura 47, which I bought at the brewery, and they were all delicious, but Gin🐢 was exceptional! 😀

Last post before the sakewa short break 🤣. I'm opening a bottle of my cherished Shinshu 🐢 age-san 😀. It's still delicious😇 I really prefer it raw, but I can feel the freshness that I can't believe it's fire-roasted 😇. I'll be away from Sake no Wa for a while due to time constraints, but I'll do my best and come back as soon as possible with a power up...no need to power up that much 🤣.

I am in the middle of Kochi sake... I was able to purchase it on the first day of GW with various connections. I won't go into details, but thank you Rafa for connecting us 🙇. It's commonly known as "Kinkame. It is gassy, sweet and juicy. Citrus and apple type. The second half is a little bitter, but the aftertaste is very fruity. Delicious but too luxurious, I would like to drink an everyday 🐢. I can't afford it though 🙄. I can never drink Hexagon on this 😭

Today I am Beian Daikoku Anniversary😇. This sake is a project with Hata Sake Shop and the sake brewery 😀. I saw the brewery's installment and even though I didn't know which brewer's sake it was, I pre-ordered it 🤣. Rafa papa has already written about the detailed taste, so I'll skip it, but anyway, it was a very round sake with no curd at all😇. I guess when you let it sit in the snow slowly, it becomes such a round and beautiful sake😇. It was delicious 😀.

Revived as a sake brewery 100 years after relocation Craft saké due to liquor tax law A portion of the moromi is fermented with glutinous rice germinated with brown rice malt is added to fermentation When poured into a cup, it is very smooth and clean. It has a very clean and refreshing taste 😋. Full sweetness and pleasant umami of rice Delicate and fresh acidity 🤤. Yuki-san is very good at getting the owner on board. The sake tasting kept coming out one after another 🤣. I didn't know you could sample this much... 😳 New discovery 💡. I, the driver, was watching with my fingers in my mouth😅.

Today we had Nozomu's active nigori 😀. The opening went without a hitch, and we were able to collect the supernatant and nigori for tasting 😀. I compared it with Hanaboe's Splash and Hanamup, which I opened yesterday, and it tasted even more like a lactic acid drink than Hanaboe's Splash, which is my favorite sake 😇. I still love nigori sake 😀.

Spring Sake & Nigorinpic1️⃣ 3️⃣ Today's sake is from Ibaraki Prefecture and is called Magami-san 😀. The owner of Hata Sake Shop, which I've been working with recently, recommended this sake to me as it is absolutely delicious 😇. The owner knows that I love Shinshu Kamerei and recommended it to me, so there is no doubt about it 😀. It is a muddy sake, but the supernatant was removed without incident 😇. The aroma is melon, but the supernatant after being brought to room temperature was quite dry and robust tasting 🤣. However, after mixing the lees and making muddy sake, it tastes more like melon 😇. But because of the dryness of the supernatant, it was a great melon sake with a sharp taste that did not interfere with the meal 😇.

I thought it was time to start a spring sake comparison, but before I do that, I'm going to open a bottle of sake that I prepared for warming up😇. I opened a bottle of Mutsu Hachisen's ISARIBI 😀. My image of heated sake is one that goes well with fish dishes, but today I'm going to start with a cold sake 😇. It's a special junmai, but I could smell the same ginjo aroma as a ginjo-shu, but it's not as dry as it should be 😀. It was a delicious sake that didn't interfere with the food 😀. Of course, the dish I paired it with was sashimi, which was delicious 😀. Tomorrow will be the last time I warm up sake for the year 🤣.

Sourness with a hint of sweetness like density The acidity with a hint of sweetness like density ✨ spreads in the mouth... Very beautiful and easy to drink... But a little bit lacking 😅...
