べっさんOn this day, my wife's sister came to visit, and the three of us started out drinking wine, but then we opened a bottle of Kudoki-ue, which we had bought at the end of the year. This wine had a clear sweetness and a pleasant acidity. It went down smoothly. べっさんThe third cup was Houou Mita, which has been a long time coming. It was also popular. The older brother was surprised at the success of his two daughters. I didn't know I had such a drinkable mouth. べっさんThe second drink was Miyazumi to refresh me a little. I've been drinking it a lot lately. It is also delicious with sashimi. べっさんThe first drink of 2025 is a New Year's party at my parents' house. My father and his three brothers and their families gathered, so I prepared three bottles of wine. However, I was alone because my son was taking an entrance exam. My younger brother and his family did not attend the party because of the flu. My older brother's son is traveling and will not be attending. I was worried that I might not be able to handle three bottles, but my two daughters played a very active role and cleared the river. Tedorigawa is sweet and tasty, slightly bubbly, and the acidity that follows is refreshing and easy to drink. もよもよHououmida's Akaban is a luxurious sake made from highly polished Yamadanishiki rice, and this sake is an activated nigori raw version of that. This sake is a surprise price, lower than Akahan, as a token of our appreciation for your patronage. This is the one for which we must say thank you.
When opened, there is no explosion to say it is active, and it easily opens up. The aroma is good, and in the mouth it has a rich melon flavor. There is also some sort of acidity, which is also refreshing for being so rich. It is tremendously delicious.
It is also delicious chilled, but it may become sweeter and tastier at room temperature. It would go well with white fish in white sauce. ジェイ&ノビィHello, Moyoyo 😃

It's a very nice sake! It is an irresistible sake that is rich yet well balanced!
As a drinker, I am happy to know that Mita-san offers a variety of sakes at surprising prices. もよもよI personally have an image of Muso as a modern dry wine that is distinctly different from Niigata's light and dry wines. It is characterized by a fruity, yet refreshing flavor with a moderate sweetness.
Muso's new varieties are particularly fresh, and are in the realm of modern dry dry. It has a fresh and fragrant grapefruit flavor and aroma that makes it refreshing to drink. It's insanely good.
The alcohol content is slightly low at 15%. It is a tasty sake that can be enjoyed by those who are not accustomed to drinking sake. デューク澁澤⭐︎
Yesterday was the last day of work.
We had a party from 3:30 p.m. at the office.
I served Omine and Isshiro-Suisei.
(Kubota was from a junior colleague.)
It had been a while since I had tasted 3 grains of Omine, and they were sweet. After a while, I felt some sourness, but generally it was muscat.
Ippaku Suisei was delicious with a gaseous taste.
Beer -> Oumine - Ippaku Suisei - Kubota -> moved to Hormone shop and had Mokkoli x 5😎. ジェイ&ノビィHello Duke Shibusawa 😃.

Have a good New Year's Day 🎍. もよもよThis is a new sake from Kudokamide. It has gorgeous specs: "Junmai Daiginjo," "Banshu Yamada-Nishiki," and "Nama-nara-shu." Is it really worth such a low price? I wonder if it's really that good for such a low price.
It is a pure sake, and I think it has a very Kudokidotte-like flavor. It has a rich peachy flavor, and the slight tanginess from the alcohol is also nice.
It may go well with salty foods such as ham, or sweet and sour fruits such as apples. ポンちゃんHi, Moyoyo 🐦.

I think this new sake is especially unique to Kudokidotei. In my opinion, it is the first new sake that I recommend, so please enjoy it! もよもよOmine has taken care of us a lot this year. This is a fire-brewed Yumachi, which won the highest award at the Yumachi Summit for two consecutive years, 2022 and 2023.
When drunk chilled, it has a brown sugar-like sweetness and a slight pineapple-like sourness. It is low-alcohol and does not have much of an alcoholic feel.
When the temperature is raised a little, the brown sugar taste increases, which is delicious. It seems to go well with a variety of dishes. もよもよThis is a draft of Taiheikai, a famous sake from Ibaraki. This one has the luxury of being packed with sake dripping from the unrefined spirit.
As it is characterized by its freshness, it is juicy on the palate. The slightly creamy texture is like peach yogurt. I think the acidity is not very strong.
It tastes good chilled, or warmed up a little for a sweeter taste. I had it with sukiyaki, and I think it went well with it. もよもよIt is one of the few sakes I buy every year and the sake that got me started drinking sake. It does not taste the same every year, but the taste changes a little bit, and I think my own taste buds have changed as well, so in a way I think of it as a sake that reminds me of my origins.
ICHIHAKUSUISEI is a sake brewery that does not serve much nama-shu, but they serve nama-shu only during the new sake season. I think that the characteristic of this sake is that it does not have a strong acidity, and I think that this characteristic is preserved in the sake. It has a brown sugar-like sweetness and a slight fruity taste.
It tastes good cold, but if you warm it up a little, it tastes even sweeter. It is a bit like apple pie and would go well with oden. Even though I drink it every year, I get a different impression every time, which is interesting. KumakichiWe received a special Houou Mita Red Edition for the year-end and New Year's holidays.
This is a Junmai Daiginjo made with 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, but priced at a special 2,200 yen, which we didn't expect!
It is a great way to enjoy a high-spec sake to your heart's content! もよもよIn order to improve the quality of sake, Higashitsuru has dug down a well from a depth of 10 meters to 100 meters to obtain soft water. The year-round sake is delicious, so we were eager to try the limited-edition draft sake.
Upon opening the bottle, there is the piquancy of nama-shu and the lid pops open. The taste is a rich, fruity melon and the flavor of rice, probably due to the ori. The acidity and sweetness are well balanced.
