A typical Japanese refreshing drink after a strong individual sake. Now, I wonder if I can do it justice... The first sip left me feeling that it was too thin, clearly influenced by the Hizirizm. I will try again the next day. As a result, yes, it was delicious! The aroma was mild, as usual. Slightly rummy. Slightly gassy. Sweet and refreshing, with a refreshing acidity, the best summer sake as usual! The second half is crisp and finishes with a mild acidity. Akabu's seasonal sake never misses. I can drink them with no worries! I've never had the Mountain, which is supposed to be next on the list, and I'd love to buy it, but I'm traveling overseas next week.... No matter what, it can't be helped!

Purchased Yoshida Kurau's summer sake again this year. In addition, I also bought some summer sake from Tedorigawa, which I can't wait to drink... This year's Night & Dance has a mild aroma as usual, with a hint of citrus. Slight citrus. Slight citrus. Surprisingly, the sweetness comes first. The acidity is weak, so the sweetness stands out. The second half of the bottle is very quick and sharp. But the sweetness remains slightly. Delicious, but hmmm, I personally would like a little more acidity... But since they keep this flavor every year, I guess that's the kind of sake it is.

The first weekend of every month is spent cleaning out Lemacom and finding a bottle to drink from the stock. We opened a bottle of this collaboration with Tokyo Manji Revengers, which had been sitting for about a year! Kuroryu O and Tokyo Manji Revengers Junmai Daiginjo A collaboration sake with Tokyo Manji Revengers, a popular Shonen Magazine manga, anime and movie series. Fans of the manga will love the character of the leader of the Black Dragon delinquent group on the box! Black Dragon has a light and refreshing taste, but this one tastes really good, probably due to the fact that it has been laid down! The sweetness and umami flavor came through just right, and each sip was enjoyable with a long aftertaste. Rice polishing ratio: 50% (100% sake brewing rice) Alcohol content: 17%.

Mikumari FLY HIGH from Hououmida, which was previewed at the Craft Sake Week held in Roppongi this year, is now on tap. This is a junmai daiginjo spec, but it was priced at 1,540 yen! It was a cost-effective sake that took our hearts by surprise. The taste is sweet and mild like Hououomida, but the pleasant gaseous feeling is easy to drink like a summer sake! It was so easy to drink that the bottle was empty in no time! Rice polishing ratio: 50%. Alcohol content: over 15%, under 16%.

A summery series by Akabu, a bit different from Air or Sea, a mysterious series... The scent is refreshing. It's hard to describe, but it's a bit citrusy. No gassiness. The sweetness comes in strong and juicy, and then the acidity changes it to a refreshing atmosphere. After the acidity, the umami comes on top and finishes pleasantly. It is a little more classical than usual, but it's really good. It's been a while since I've had a sake that tastes like sake. The jacket looks like it was made in the summer! But I think it would be good to drink after autumn!

It's been a few years since I've had a taste of Kamikawa Taisetsu. I bought it for the first time in a long time, knowing that this white malted rice product has a good reputation. The aroma is citrusy, lactic acidic, and a bit candy-like with a thick atmosphere. There is almost no gassiness. It has a strong sweetness and a strong acidity. It is quite unique. The acidity is strong and finishes strong. The acidity power of white yeast malt is amazing. It is a summer bottle. It also has a good amount of Yamahai flavor, so it is recommended for those who like it.

This is a sake specially made for liquor stores within the Masamune Instrument family. It is said to be unfiltered and unpasteurized to take full advantage of its flavor. Since Musical Instrument Masamune itself produces a high level of sake with aluzoe, we have high expectations for this one as well. The taste is fruity, which is not often seen in other sake, and at 13% low alcohol, it is easy to drink too much of it. It has a mild sweetness like mango, peach, or banana, with a rather light aftertaste. This is one of my personal favorites. I recommend it to those who like modern, fruity flavors. It reminded me once again of the high level of the instrument Masamune. This is amazing.

I haven't had much luck with Akabu's rice series, but I've heard rave reviews from colleagues at work and have high expectations. The first sip of the cold brew was delicious! I just couldn't stop myself from saying it. The aroma is mild, and I'm not sure what kind, but it's refreshing. No gassy feeling. The sweetness and sourness are perfectly balanced. It is like drinking Jikin. In the latter half, the acidity continues pleasantly, and it finishes quickly. It is as good as it is rumored to be. It is especially great when it is cold.

This sake was marketed as a special edition by a liquor store, with the intention of helping Ishikawa Prefecture recover from the earthquake disaster. Tengu Mai is a sake that I usually don't touch because I have the impression that it is too heavy. This one is a Yamahai sake, which means it is a darker version than the low-alcohol versions that are popular these days. When I tried it, it was easier to drink than I had imagined. It does have the robust backbone and alcohol content of Yamahai, but it is quite tasty in its own way. The sweetness is also somewhat present, but the acidity is kept in check, and the melon and banana flavors are mixed with the gusto of the alcohol and the richness of the Yamahai. The liquor store's recommendation is to drink it on the rocks. It is true that it is easier to drink with ice and a little water. This kind of strong sake is not likely to be defeated by strong-flavored dishes such as Chinese food or curry.
