It's called champagne yeast and it's very fizzy✨. When you pour it, the bubbles are just like beer 😁the bubbles will disappear soon but It's a great beer, but you have to be careful when pouring it. It has a nice sourness and is not as strong as champagne, and the alcohol is 8 degrees, so it's like champagne juice for kids. It's good but it's gone in a second so I need to get another sake😅.

It's so good... so good that I drank too much today? Definitely🤣 It's a good thing that good sake doesn't leave a residue the next day. I sleep too well and wake up at odd hours these days😅.

I thought it would be mellow and dry, but the flavors of the wood bucket and the umami of the Yamahai are well-balanced and rich, and the texture of the tongue is soft and delicious, making me happy😋. So good! There were only a few left at the liquor store but I was curious so I bought it and it was the right decision👍. When I heated it up lukewarm, the flavor and sweetness came first, and then the sourness and acidity stood out as I swallowed. It's not habitual and the aftertaste disappears quickly. It's dangerous to drink it too fast🤣.

The best shake I've ever had to mix my nigori sake😅. Smells like yogurt! The taste is also yogurt🤣 like yogurt mixed with sake It's a creamy drink with a lactic acid sourness and a slight sweetness. I heard from my favorite liquor store that they don't sell it in Japan but they can't export it this year because of Corona so they decided to sell it in Japan.
