The nose has a nice fruity aroma like peaches. The full-bodied sweetness on the palate blends nicely with the sweetness of the unfiltered flavor👍. By the time you swallow it, you will feel the tingling sensation of the raw sake and your mouth will be numb with a whiff of it. Sake flavor and ginjo flavor after swallowing? The aroma? The flavor is spreading in your mouth 😋.

My first pink nigori sake. It took me a long time to open the bottle because of the great carbonation 😅. When you pour it in, it's all squishy and firmer 😳. The aroma is strawberry? 🤔 On the palate, the tingling and carbonation of the raw sake? A little sweet and sour. I got the impression that the taste and mouthfeel were strawberry shakes with a much diluted strawberry flavor. There seems to be a taste of nigori sake afterwards. Carbon dioxide? The taste is a bit blurred due to the strong It is better to drink it as a cocktail than as a sake 😅. I was satisfied after 1 or 2 glasses 🙏.

I forgot to post this💦. The little bit that was left to me brought back memories. Aroma: Gorgeous, pleasant aroma of rice. The first sip has a refreshing sweetness and a mouthwatering 👍. The effect of the ice aging may be that it is light on the palate, yet full-bodied. By the time it is swallowed, the lightness of the taste peeks out. It is the best tasting and easiest to drink Sanshu I've had so far, and I'd be careful not to drink too much of it 😋.

I lucked out and got a rare one☺️. The price was high though😅. The aroma is of full-bodied rice with a fruity pineapple-like aroma. When you sip it, a full sweetness spreads on the palate at first, and then a little sourness gradually peeks out. Slightly paler when swallowed? Is there? It's like... It's smooth and light on the palate, so it goes down fast😅. Personally, I think it's delicious, but still too young? 🤔 I thought it was too much. It's so light that if we were all drinking it together, we could probably finish two or three bottles!

Aroma: Slightly pineapple-like fresh aroma. The palate has a fruity pineapple flavor, the deliciousness of rice, and sweetness. The dry part comes rushing in later👍 At first it is mildly sweet, fruity and delicious, but by the time you finish it, it is light, dry and refreshing. Is it because the alcohol content is 16 degrees? It has a kind of relaxing deliciousness on the palate😋. It is a delicious sake that is satisfying even in small quantities☺️.

Sweet deliciousness👍 Mild sweetness of kijoshu and unfiltered flavor spread on the palate. It's like a dessert sake 😋. It's like a sweet juice! I had already emptied a 4-ounce bottle in about 3 hours 😱. Alcohol content is low at 13.5 degrees... I know it's low for sake, but if you think about it, it's high enough compared to other sake 🤔. I was wondering if I should open another bottle of sake because I didn't feel like I drank enough sake. I'm going to bed like an adult. Be careful not to drink too much⚠️

I mistakenly thought it was the 100th bottle of Shinmasa Cosmos I had set aside to drink and opened a different one 😅. Aroma: A day with the sake lid open? Smells like it's been left out? I got the impression that there was a strong sourness and a tangy taste, as if my tongue was numb. I have the impression that the sweetness of the rice comes a little later 😊.

Sake shop recommended sake Aroma: Pineapple and green apple? Nice aroma with a fresh sweetness, like a combination of the two. From the smell, it looks promising😊. On the palate, the sweetness of the rice and the gentle fruity pineapple sweetness spread to the palate and a tingling sensation is felt, but then it turns dry, like a cocktail 😋. This sake is delicious, easy to drink and dangerous! I drank 4 bottles in one day 😅

The label caught my eye and was so cute that I bought it without a second thought. Aroma...faintly cherry? Apple? I think it's because I was reminded of cherries at first when I sipped it. It's like a sake with cherries 😂. Gentle sweetness and a little sourness. A little bit of miscellaneous taste It is a blend of the two, and the taste is harmonious and refreshing 😋. Silky and easy to drink, with a slight sourness that lingers in the aftertaste. This is a bit of a dangerous looking sake👍 If I'm not careful, I might drink too much!

The aroma is slightly peachy, but the scent is much more subdued than that of the Winter Moon series. Slight peach flavor and slightly gentle sweetness on the palate Strong freshness and pizzazz. I felt this one had more of a cloying taste. It was refreshing and much cleaner and less gummy 😋. I personally liked the third day, as it was a little more sour and the taste was much mellower 😋.

Slightly melon? I think I smelled something like 😅 for a moment. When I sipped it, I felt the rich sweetness of the rice at first and thought it was delicious, but then I felt a little sourness and a slight tangy taste. I don't know where the initial sweetness went, it's so light and dry 😳. Junmai Ginjo's deliciousness, the alcohol taste is gone through the nose and disappears clearly. It disappears, leaving only a numbing sensation on the tongue in the aftertaste. Maybe that's why I lost the slight sweetness I felt at first on the second sip 😱. The mouthfeel is light, or is it light? It is a dangerous sake that is light on the palate but has a strong alcohol content, so if you drink it too fast, it will go around at once 😁. It goes well with the spicy cucumber I bought at the convenience store👍 I think it would go well with pickles and salted fish dishes👍 This sake is a light and dry sake.

Today, I'm having it with a hele katsu and a shrimp katsu. Tastes great when drunk before eating the cutlets 😋. But the sake flavor is stronger? I'm not sure if the sake goes too well with the pork cutlets, but the Hana Hato sake refreshes and refreshes me, so I'm in an endless state🤣. I was unknowingly empty of 4 bottles 😅. I thought it was a sweet sake when I first felt a little sweetness, but then I felt the lightness of the sake leaving my nose. The character of sake is passing through. A little sweetness and lightness in harmony, delicious 😋. I've been eating a lot of greasy ramen, fried foods, and oily foods lately, and my liver and triglycerides were caught in a hospital test😅. I'm holding out to just salmon, tofu, natto, and salad chicken at night 😭. On a different note, after eating the salmon sashimi and drinking it, I thought it was a little sour and a good accent to it 😊.

One of the many bottles I found at my first liquor store and bought. Carbonation? I opened the bottle and turned the bottle to stir the gurgling, and it was like shaking a cola 😅. Finally settled down and poured aroma, a little sweet dairy like 🤔 I thought so when I was pouring it, but it's so soft. In the mouth, sweet yogurt? Trottled amazake? The sweetness is a little strong, but there is also a sourness and a clean aftertaste 😋. The fizziness is still strong. The poured cup looks like... yogurt and amazake? It's carbonated and fizzy, like you've added strong carbonation. I've never done that before 🤣 [⠀I just imagine]. Despite its appearance and sweetness, you can feel the strength of the alcohol content. I wonder if it would taste good poured over dessert wine, vanilla ice cream, etc.? I thought 🤣I don't have any ice cream to try. It's only 500㎖, so I'm drinking it while wondering if I should open another bottle.

Opened on March 4 I found it because I wanted to fill in Tokyo on the map, so I bought it anyway. First day, that 🤔 alcohol added? I thought it was Kiku-Masamune? I felt it was so similar that I wondered if I had drunk it before! After 4-5 days, it tastes more rich, sweet and delicious, like it's getting a little old. I felt it was sweet and tasty at first, but then the dry part? The first time you see it, it disappears from your mouth and you are left with a feeling of "Ick! I found myself enjoying it more after 4-5 days than the first day of opening the bottle😊. By the way, after opening the bottle, leave it at about 15~17℃ in the room. Incidentally, is it room temperature rather than cold, or lukewarm rather than room temperature? I thought it tasted better with At first I thought hmmm, but day by day it changes, and it changes for the better! Warmed to lukewarm? It's dangerous to drink too much if you have it lukewarm or hot with some snacks 😅. It is a good sake to drink in small doses as a regular sake👍
