1.5 liters of "Kikusui Nanokuchi" is packaged in a bag. Kikusui Nunokuchi" is a 1.5 liter bag. It is a very economical pack. It is a very good value pack. The label says it is sweet, but I personally think it is more on the dry side. It is delicious!

It seems that after the Ozawa Brewery in Akabane, Tokyo, closed, it was taken over by a brewery in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture, as the Koyama Honke Brewery. I have been to the brewery in Akabane once, but how many years ago? Once again, "Tokyo Morishige" is a nice name. Is it dry? It is said to be a junmai ginjo, but I don't think it has that much of a ginjo character. I think it has a strong umami. It can be served at room temperature or lukewarm. It is true that it is better not to cool it too much. I would definitely like to try it again!

This is a sake from Fushimi, Kyoto. Fushimi is what we call a women's sake, but is it still sweet? It is easy to drink! This was my first time to try this brand. We will continue to check it out!

This sake is made from Kame-no-o, a sake rice produced in Hiroshima! I wonder if the alcohol content is not too high for a draft sake. It has a nice mouthfeel. It has a slightly sour taste. It is easy to drink!

Isozumo is delicious! My tastes are blurred when I drink this kind of sake. I wasn't looking for something that refreshing, but the ...... umami is very good. I don't have a good image of it being a honjozo (preconceived notion), but it makes me think that it doesn't matter. It is a very well-rounded and nice sake!

It is said to be extremely hot. The alcohol content is 20 degrees, which is quite high because it is a pure sake. It is what is called "light and dry!

I tasted it at the Ponshu-kan in Niigata Station and liked it so much that I bought it. It is only a pure sake and has an alcohol content of 19.5 degrees Celsius. Is it dry? It has a sharp taste. It has a rich flavor that reminds me of cheese. It is so addictive that I keep drinking it!

This is a local sake from Murakami City, Niigata Prefecture. This is delicious. Slightly dry. It has a nice flavor with a hint of acidity and a strong umami taste. It is said to be a rare commemorative sake for the 120th anniversary of the opening of Senami Onsen Hot Spring. It was a good purchase!

I tried it cold and warmed. The cold sake had quite a strong character. I had various strong impressions. I think this kind of sake is better heated. It became much milder. The moderate acidity is good. Sake from Tottori Prefecture seems to go well with warmed sake, and I got a similar impression.
