This is a good balance!
I like the bitterness that comes later, not too sweet, but with a delicious flavor.
There is a slight lingering taste.
It's also reasonably priced, so it would be perfect for home drinking.
I bought two more bottles.

Kame no Kai's yellow label is delicious 😋.
My first Kame no Kai sake at home was a yellow labeled unfiltered raw sake, but this one looks delicious too 🎵.
The lingering bitterness is nice 🤗.

Kame no Umi has various colored labels, but this is the first time I've had the yellow one.
The unfiltered raw sake also looks delicious.
