I attended a seminar at the Asahi Culture Center 😃.
We had a great time listening to Mr. Yuyuki Matsuzaki, the Toshiji of the brewery, and Ms. Seiko Yamauchi talk about making sake that you will never get tired of drinking 🎵.
#ReallyGreatTasting Sake!
#Hirotogawa
It is from the Hirotogawa brewery and is rather full-bodied.
Unlike the usual clean and tasty
Powerful!
Yum!
p.s. The feeling after drinking a gin and tonic in the latter half of the bottle.
Extra Activities of Ghost Members of Hirotogawa Department
It was procured in Aizu, where we visited the other day, and is a brand distributed in the prefecture by Matsuzaki Sake Brewery.
The liquor store is located in a corner of a supermarket, but it handles many brands, and the gap between its business style and its product lineup is amazing! They also sell Tobiroki depending on the season, so I was surprised to find such a liquor store in the corner of a supermarket.
The aroma is almost imperceptible.
The mouthfeel is moist sweetness and firm umami, with a slightly alcoholic aftertaste, followed by a refreshing acidity and bitterness.
It is an orthodox taste, but it is also a taste that sinks into your heart after you drink it. That is the image of this wine.
The label has been changed since this summer, and this label is the only one in stock. As a collector, I chose the old label without hesitation. I don't care about the difference in production dates.
Thank you very much.
Iwase Junmai
A Fukushima limited edition sake from the Hirotogawa Matsuzaki Sake Brewery.
This sake is brewed with edible Koshihikari rice.
It is finally the sake I wanted to drink ^ ^.
When you drink it, you feel a gentle sweetness. After the rice flavor is fully felt, the aftertaste is a little bitter and acidic.
Is it because it is made from rice? I also feel a little stronger alcohol ♫
The taste is still refreshing, and it is a good bottle as a chilled food sake ^ ^ Ume- ♫
Purchased at the usual Nohnomi Sake Shop, 2,750 yen. 22 May sake.
The owner said it was another brand of Hirotogawa? The owner said it was another brand of Hirotogawa sake.
Sake from Ten-ei-mura in Fukushima.
First, it was served at room temperature.
It has a nice sweetness with a tangy spiciness. It has no strange peculiarities and can be drunk continuously.
I thought that a sake with this kind of flavor would be even better when chilled, so I decided to replace the bottle with a four-pack and refrigerate it.
It is easier to drink when chilled. This sake also feels slightly dry (to me).
It is easy to drink, so I keep pouring more and more. It's a very troublesome sake (lol).
Local Koshihikari rice is the raw material for this product.
a rare type of food
It has a little aroma and a touch of sweetness.
In a word, light and dry, the sake!
impression
It is completely different from Hirotogawa.
I think it is suitable for both Japanese and Western cuisine.
I tried heating it up, but I think it's better cold.
It is also a sake that gets better as you drink it.
My favorite 2.6
